Stayed Dec 25, 2025Jay was a great host!! The duplex was in a great location. A little bit noisy from the street action but otherwise great. The little backyard was perfect for our pups.

Stayed May 9, 2025Adorable little place to stay when you visit St. Augustine! Bed needs some attention, and the floors were not clean when we arrived. Other than that, it was perfect!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024It’s a great location, the small fenced yard is very nice and the host replies immediately. Totally would recommend. We walked to town one day maybe 15 minutes and then did like a 6 Uber ride another

We wanted to be close to the historical area to visit those places again.For younger folks, the Old City would be easily walkable. There are plenty of good restaurants on the island or in the historic area.Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of accommodations..

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This was such an adorable space in a great location on the island! Near some of my favorite restaurants and brewery. It’s also within walking distance to the downtown yet easy to head over to the beach! We loved the fenced in back yard and just had a great stay!
