Pet Friendly, Game Room, Climbing Wall, King Bed

The host was very sweet and welcoming and attentive with prompt responses to our messages, and the house was clean. It was nice to have cleaning supplies on site for daily tidying up and the kitchen was stocked with various spices and even children’s dinnerware and a crock pot, which were great, as well as the hosts leaving some coffee and laundry supplies to make our stay easier. They also had plenty of extra towels and pillows etc. The hurricane door at the front door had a broken handle and the wiring and outlets were having issues while we were there but we were able to make do with an extension cord and other functional outlets. The tree in the front yard dropped a lot of seed pods all over our vehicles that unfortunately were very sappy and sticky, and if you have a dog, the yard is great-fenced in and large for running around, but the neighbors behind the property (who are friendly) also have dogs, if that happens to be a concern for you. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would probably come back but maybe make some parking adjustments and spare extension cords.

The home was very lovely and comfortable just as advertised. The host is amazing, very friendly, and easy to reach out to. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again in the future.

Positives: Abbie is very easy to communicate with and tries to reconcile any issues. The fenced in yard is great for dogs.Negatives: Neighbors are a mess! Trash in their yard & grass not cut (not in this owners control).The lock on the storm door was missing, the transition between the living room & dining room was broken & jagged, the pots & pans were greasy & sticky, only a single dish towel, no pot holder or dish cloth. The washer & dryer didn’t work, the outside back light didn’t work, some liquid soap in the “locked closet” leaked & flowed out into the hallway. I messaged Abbie & she had someone there to take care of these things in a timely manor(again, she is easily available). Then the ROACHES! We saw them the 2nd morning when we switched on the kitchen lights. Went to the store bought some spray & notified Abbie. It took a couple of days for Terminex guy to come, meanwhile we left the lights on, would see them if we didn’t. Terminex employee said they have been to this property before for roaches. We were supposed to stay 2 weeks, after 1st roach sighting we looked for another place. We also set out trash cans (we only had 1/2 bag of trash), they were disgusting! Whatever was left in there from before was so foul and liquified. Abbie was easy to work with, but my rental standards are a bit higher than this property, and for the price being charged, I expected better.

Good place to stay and be close all amenities. Host was great and very responsive.

We were visiting our son at Fort Liberty and this was a perfect place for us all to gather. The game room kept the kids (and grownups!) occupied, and the house is very warm and welcoming, and well-appointed.

This house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in an older neighborhood but was nice and perfect for our needs. The fenced backyard was a plus for our dogs! Also near everything you will need to eat!!

This is a beautiful home away from home. The host was prompt in any questions or concerns we had. We would stay here again.

This 80 year old grandma had not traveled since Covid and met both great granddaughters for the first time… they are 1.5 and almost 3. We had a glorious time and family that live in Fayetteville came by to greet us… especially enjoyed the back yard and playroom but being called grandma was the icing on the cake.

Visiting relatives in the area and this place was perfect for us and the kids. The game room kept them entertained and there was plenty of room for us to spread out.
