Pet-Friendly Gallatin Home w/ Deck, 1 Mi to Town!

Kim was a great property manager. She was quick with responding to messages. On our way to the property on day 1 she messaged to see when I would arrive. My buddy and I stayed for a week. The first morning the neighbor rang the doorbell and asked if we knew the whereabouts of her dog…. No. We saw it chained up the night before but at 7:30am I was just getting up to start my day. The other days went well. I messaged Kim because the front door battery was running low. I decided to purchase the batteries and she refunded me right away. We washed our towels and other laundry in the provided washer and dryer. We ate our meals on the back deck. Although the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, we didn’t have any problems. We were just looking for a place to sleep and have rooms to ourselves. This was a much cheaper alternative than renting two hotel rooms for the week. We had tvs WiFi laundry and food facilities. I’d do this again in a heartbeat.

The property was great it is a new house and everything was awesome about the house itself. The manager was very attentive and responded quickly and overall the stay was good. The location is the only problem as it is in a developing neighborhood and the surrounding area is a low income area which is also right down the street from HUD section 8 housing. This said, we had no issues or problems whatsoever and the stay was very relaxing and uneventful Just understand what you are getting into when renting this property. I would recommend even though the location isn't the best currently.

We booked this VRBO about a week or so before we left for our daughter’s softball tournament in Nashville. Last minute, we decided to book with another family on the team and between all of our kids and 2 babies under 5 months, this was the EASIEST part of our trip. Kim was so easy to talk to and very quick to respond. When we found out on Tuesday we would be playing an extra day, she helped us figure out a way to extend our trip. The house was clean and matched the description to a T! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful experience! The house was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. The neighborhood is going through rebuilding but it had no impact on stay. Would definitely recommend!!!

The house is super cute. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but never had an issue.

The property itself is very nice, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The Host was very easy to contact and communicate with. We did have a few concerns about the neighborhood upon arrival, it is a transitional neighborhood. During our stay we had no issues and it was a quite peaceful area.

The house was very clean, well decorated and up to date. We enjoyed our stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very prompt in answering our requests. The only downside of this home was the location. Although, we never felt unsafe in this home. Would recommend!

The house definitely lived up to its pictures, but the neighborhood was worse than we expected for the price we paid. Even though we still felt safe staying there with the security cameras around the house. The house could have supplied more kitchen utensils for cooking and for the price the cable system was insufficient. Based on the house and the neighborhood the price should less.

House was great. All new -appliances, flooring, furniture etc. very nice kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs. Only one with a Queen (as advertised). Two other rooms had doubles. Two parking spaces available. On a narrow road, I wouldn’t have parked on street. Host was excellent, very fast at returning my texts. Wifi worked great. Close to downtown. Try “Mary’s Place “ for breakfast. 3 min away. The house is in a bit of a run down area but didn’t feel unsafe at all. Nice neighbour actually!
