Stayed Jun 22, 2025Was not told it was a Duplex (neighbor was banging things ) found dirty used cotton balls under the dresser when sweeping ( no vacuum ) -Front door did not close well ( my dog got out once ) back gate to the driveway latch is pulled out and the gate drags on the ground - Showed lounge chairs and an umbrella for the sun on the deck ( neither were there - very hot out there to sit without an umbrella - nails sticking up from the deck my wife tripped twice - no screen door to back deck ( you open it and anything can just fly in -

Stayed May 22, 2025The check-in was easy. The host was responsive and accommodating to any requests we had. The cottage was immaculate inside and out. The fenced-in back yard was perfect for our fur baby! The location was ideally located and walkable to anything you are looking for; restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and Main Street just about 1 block away. Dunedin itself is a charming town with great food, music, galleries, and lots to do! Close to other locations as well, including Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, and Safety Harbor. Must see and do; spend a day at Honeymoon Island and hit the Pinellas Trail (we rented e-bikes from Paradise Life-E Bikes and they delivered and picked up from the cottage) we road the trail up to Tarpon Springs and stopped at many spots along the way, it was a perfect way to spend the day!

Stayed Feb 18, 2025The property was in very good condition and in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. Also, only a block from the bike trail. I would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The place was awesome! Nice and cozy with a fenced in yard for us and our dog to hang. Very convenient as we could walk anywhere around Main Street Dunedin. Beautiful place.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024We stayed here for our wedding in December and it was perfect! My husband and his groomsmen got ready here and it was the perfect location. I couldn’t believe how clean the property was with a washer and dryer inside! With two dogs that was a godsend. Thanks again for making our wedding weekend memorable by having this townhouse so close to everything!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Property worked perfect for us to bring our pug! Great back yard for the pooch. Loads of places to go and all are easy walking distance (breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, parks). We had the best visit. Tons of live music on the weekend.

Stayed May 20, 2024It was nice and close to shops, food and the relative who's wedding we were here for. We had a Great time at the Gulf of Mexico playing in the water and sand. We also went and played some mini golf. Overall it was a Great place to stay.

Stayed May 6, 2024This was a great little house with a fenced in backyard which was what I was looking for. I had my 2 little dachshunds with me. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and downtown Dunedin.
