perfect location for local scene and attractions. Wish it hadn't of been 0 degrees half the time we were there, lol, obviously not the owners fault. if it had been 50-60 outside it would have been a 6 out of 5.

Wonderful place.

We were in Colorado Springs for less than 48hrs for the Fallen FF Memorial. The unit was perfect for what we needed. 4 adults shared the unit. If you have more might need bigger space/beds or another bathroom. Fit out needs perfectly. Liked the location and easy access either walking or scootering within couple miles.

Listing and description is spot on to property. Fantastic location to central/Downtown Colorado Springs. We found it easy to get to the Air Force Academy (about 20 mins away) and other destinations on the freeway and in town. The owner was fantastic to deal with during reservation, prior to arrival and while staying there. The reserved spot inside the gate for parking was bonus feature and was great not worrying about parking. The beds were very comfy. The shower had great water pressure and loads of hot water, but note it can be a little difficult stepping in and out of the high sided tub. Would definitely recommend to stay at this property.

We had a great stay in this cool house. Jeremy was very responsive and also allowed us to check in a bit early, which was very appreciated. Location was very convenient to the downtown area. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It located in a central location within Colorado Springs and everything that we did was an easy drive or walk. The house is set up well and we never felt like we were missing anything we needed.

Perfect little spot for a quick visit, property owner responded almost immediately anytime we had a question or concern! Quick drive away from most attractions, and had just about any amenity you could think of or need. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the springs :)

Such a cute house with plenty of room for the four of us. Jeremy responded quickly to any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful! Loved having a fenced in area where we could sit in the back yard and also games and nintendo for when it was raining. Would love to stay again sometime!

Stayed the weekend for a wedding and it was great. The walk downtown was so convenient and the host was very kind and responsive. Will definitely return next time I'm in Coloroado Springs!

This house is amazing! It’s such a quaint place. The pictures are just like what is shown in the listing. The beds are very comfortable and each room has its own ac/heat unit. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The location is great and close to everything. Also includes parking which is great. The host is very easy to contact and always willing to help. We will be in Colorado Springs next year and I will definitely be booking this place again. 10/10!!

We loved the house extremely. It was perfect for our visit there to see our Colorado family. The location was very quiet. The house was so cute and we really enjoyed the coffee bar and the breakfast bars. We will definitely use this place again and would recommend it to anyone.

Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. The pups loved running around the backyard. Lots of space if there were more guests.

It was a good place to gather, we used the fire pit in the evening - lovely. Nice wood floors. The heaters were frustrating though, noisy and not intuitive to use.

Enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed.

The house was perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to all the restaurants and cafes. We borrowed the bicycles and enjoyed a short bike ride. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you.
