Stayed Dec 17, 2025Stephanie at the property management company was very helpful. The house was perfectly located on the quiet beach. Our family enjoyed looking for shark teeth, relaxing in the sun, and cooking on the grill. The house had plenty of towels, bedding, and a big living room/kitchen area to enjoy family time. We can’t wait to come back to Palm Island & would stay at the house again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The property had many issues: Rotten steps Dirty-Moldy-Stains on everything Broker refrigerator, washing machine, grill, furniture Outdated appliances No working cable Location to beach was nice but not worth the condition of the property. Property Manager tried to help but is at mercy of the owner. No feedback except - Sorry Neglected property with notes everywhere that if you break something (that is already broken) they will charge you.

Stayed May 31, 2024Everything was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave the place. The only thing that I would suggest to make it perfect is having an updated refrigerator. That would allow more space for food, so you wouldn’t have to leave the island (and pay the $55 fee to get back on the island every time) if you didn’t want/need to. Even just having useable shelves inside the refrigerator would make a big difference.
