Pet friendly Cottage with fenced yard!

The house is beautiful. The back deck and back yard is so serene. We fell in love with this house. The host was so friendly and quick to reapond to any of our messages.

Lovely and cozy home - nice appliances and a convenient fenced yard ... though it was much chillier than we anticipated - I think we could have waited a few weeks for the trip for more temperate weather, the home was cozy.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, warm welcoming home, enclosed backyard to let my dog out and run.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The location was perfect: close proximity to golf courses and downtown businesses. It also accommodated our dog very well, who travels with us. We would love to return when we visit SSI in the future.

House was clean and comfortable, within walking distance of town. Liked the fenced in back yard and extra living room area with french doors. Host was very responsive.

This property was so nice!!! Comfortable, cozy and clean!!! The pups enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Kitchen well stocked for what we needed. Host was very hospitable and always responded to messages fast!!! Very comfortable bed. And centrally located. We will definitely stay here when we go back to the area!!

Such a great stay we had at your beautiful house! Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable. Nice thick bath towels! Dogs loved the backyard and we loved just relaxing on the chais loungers! St Simon’s is such a great place, had excellent food and spent time at East Beach. Thanks so much would love to come back!

It was everything that it said it would be, we took our senior dog and she loved it. There are so many beaches to choose from, we rented beach cruisers for 3 days, and rode everywhere. The property was pristine, and the property manager was lovely we couldn't find the laundry detergent so i messaged her and she dropped off the next morning very sweet lady. I would recommend this to everyone. The only thing That i would say is. The master bed was really high so we couldn't sleep all of us together in fear of our senior dog falling off the bed. The twin beds worked but it was only us 3, so if your coming with others be prepared. The grounds were beautiful. We loved hanging outside and she even had special spray out for mosquitoes. Love love love. Will definitely go back. Thanks so much

Saint Simons is a wonderful island! Lots of great restaurants, bike paths, and fun things to do. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the rest of the home was comfortable and cozy.

We have been coming to Saint Simons for several years and this by far was our most favorite house we have rented. Super cute, clean, inviting and had everything you needed. We had two dogs and the fenced in yard was amazing. Our dogs loved the big yard and the freedom to run and play. The back deck is nice. We sat out and ate all our meals there every single day. a lot of attention to detail in this home. The back bathroom off the back of the house is a wonderful addition. Host was amazing to deal with very friendly very pleasant. We definitely will come back to this home from here on out.

It was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was secluded and quiet - our dog loved it and there was a nice area to chill on the porch. The plants were beautiful. Everything we needed was provided and the host was very communicative with any questions we had.

House is well maintained and had everything we required for our stay

Property was poorly maintained: smelled moldy and damp; bathroom sink was stopped up; shower controls did not function properly (no hot water, only warm), kitchen was poorly organized for cooking, kitchen cabinets were warped and did not open properly; TV was of poor quality and sound was horrible; HVAC grille was grimy and dusty. SAFETY HAZARD: sliding glass door to back deck did not lock.

Great location for short drive to local shopping, places to eat and the beach. Fenced yard was great for the dogs and overall was a great stay.

Wonderful location! Close to shopping, beaches and attractions. So quaint and had everything we needed. Our host, Melette, was quick to reply if we had any questions! Awesome!

Amazing hostess, super communicative and kind! The home was so cozy, perfect for a beach stay! Backyard/porch was a wonderful hangout area, perfect for the pup to roam around. This little cottage was perfect for me, my husband and our little chiweenie! Its location is perfect. We were able to walk to breakfast at the village and my dog loved the fenced in yard. The cottage was fully stocked and the living room furniture was very comfortable! Would love to return someday!

A fantastic property in its own right, but it was also very dog friendly. We had a wonderful Christmas in this cottege.

We booked this place due to it being pet friendly and so close to downtown St Simons. We had an excellent mini vacation with our two dogs and this property allowed them an amazing back yard that was properly fenced to allow them some outdoor time without worry. Will definitely book again when we return to the area.

During our escape from a hurricane in Florida, this cottage was a lifesaver, perfectly salvaging our beach vacation week. It offered a cozy, family-friendly environment for our young kids and small dog. The fenced backyard was a plus. Proximity to local parks, beaches, and restaurants kept the kids entertained -- and fed. The accommodating host and her excellent communication made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this charming cottage for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We completely enjoyed our stay. My husband and I needed a quick get away and this was the perfect location. The fenced n back yard was wonderful for our 2 dogs, and we enjoyed the walk to the downtown pier area. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with.

I will start with, the property owner Mellette. She was AMAZING! Prior to our stay she communicated via VRBO and text. Answered all of my random or dumb questions efficiently. We had an unexpected delay due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby. Mellette went above and beyond in communication and current weather conditions of St. Simons Island, which allowed us to make the decision to delay arrival by one day. This was most helpful. Now, about the property. I truly appreciated that our big baby (dog) could stay with us. It is not easy to find people that will allow a 90 lb. dog in their home. The cottage was very clean and up to my standards, which is high! The roomy, fenced back yard was a plus. Beautiful landscaping, front and back. Also, located in a great, quiet neiborhood. I would definitely have to say, that when I re-visit St. Simons Island, I would for sure book this location, hands down.

Absolutely love this cottage. Every piece of furniture was comfortable. Home was clean and has the sweetest decorations with little vintage glass pieces to doggy art. Fenced in backyard was perfect and the sliding door was a wonderful looking glass for my dogs. I hope to stay here again next year. Best host I have dealt with in VRBO to date!
