Mojo Biblio is a grand 5-bedroom home with a prime Seaside location just steps to the Westside family pool and just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This large Seaside, Florida home features five bedrooms, two living areas, and is pet-friendly! This home has designated parking in front and welcomes you with two large porches up and down that run the length of the home. The first-floor porch is screened with outdoor dining for four and bench seating, the perfect location for morning coffee or breakfast outdoors.

Step inside to a coastal, bright interior and open floor plan, filled with airy vibes and more. There are two living areas, a dining area with a large table that comfortably seats ten, and a generous kitchen area with bar seating. The primary living area is off the entryway, featuring plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a flatscreen television perfect for family movie nights. Nearby, guests can enjoy a convenient dining area, featuring a large wooden dining table that seats ten in all. This level also holds a fully equipped, generous kitchen that faces the living and dining space, where you can prepare a home-cooked meal for the gang or pack lunches for a fun-filled day at the beach. Off the dining area is an additional secondary living area with a sofa and two chaise lounge seats perfect for larger families to spread out. There is a laundry room off the living spaces downstairs with a connected half bath. The generous king primary suite down with has its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a separate tub. There is plenty of built-in storage, a private television, and double doors provide access to the rear sandy footpath.

Head up the staircase and onto a second level to find your own, private library and seating area for all to enjoy. On the second floor are four additional bedrooms, the private library, and the two front queen bedrooms that have shared access to the screened-in front porch. This level of the home features a twin room with two single beds situated next to a full (tub/shower combo) bath, and two queen bedrooms that each feature their own ensuite full baths. Enjoy another spacious, furnished balcony right off this level that overlooks the peaceful street, greenery, and more. A bonus twin bed lives up a spiral staircase off the library area for any additional guests. Come live on beach time at the wonderful, ‘Mojo Biblio’ in Seaside, FL!

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $200 pet fee, for five-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No more than 25 lbs. per pet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a lovely stay at Mojo Biblio. The house is situated perfectly for a walk to beach, to the town center, or to the pool! We loved the new armbands and the ability to access them when we arrived before check-in time of 4 pm. The house was clean and well-supplied although well-worn in some places. The AC went out on the second night of our stay. The automated services on Monday morning for HOC were not being responsive, so I went to the administrative office to report the issue. It was fixed by mid-afternoon. Other minor issues were a broken toilet seat, super powerful water pressure in the shower, broken shower handle in master bath, and not enough bath towels supplied. We hope these issues will resolved and the HVAC system be better maintained by the owners. We do hope to return!

We were just a couple blocks from Seaside and we enjoyed walking and biking to the many restaurants and shops. The pools and fitness center were very nice.
