Stayed Jun 25, 2023Good value on a clean, updated place. The area is quiet with no traffic. The porch is nice because you can always find shade or sun and listen to the waves. To sleep 7, you would have to put 2 on the queen, 2 on the bottom bunk, 1 on the top bunk and 2 on the fold out couch. We didn’t want to fold out the couch because our group has different sleeping schedules and the couch was needed for seating. Communication was great and everything about our stay was low maintenance.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We loved our stay! The house was spotless and super close to the beach, you can see the ocean from every angle off the porch. The space is simple, minimalistic, and exactly what we needed for our family weekend at A&M. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience with unbeatable views!

Stayed Jul 8, 2025The property was so nice inside and out. Spent a majority of our time on the covered decks thanks to the clouds and rain. Sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. There is no one on either side of you which made it very quiet and relaxing. Beach is a short walk away. Would definitely like to come back in the fall.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. It seems to have been recently updated and is well-appointed with everything you might need. The home was also super clean! We enjoyed spending our days at the beach and our evenings on the cozy covered patio with a lovely view of the beach. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely return!

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Great time! Neighborhood is quiet and the property is clean. Perfect for a small family. I would recommend replacing the bunk beds in 2nd bedroom to 2 full size beds.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We had a great stay in this cozy beach cottage. It is just like it is described, a five minute walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and is full of anything you might need, and need for the beach too. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The property manager is very easy to reach and to easy deal with. We had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We really loved staying here. The walk to the beach is short and nice. We also brought our dogs and they also loved staying here! I only had one drawback and that was that there was no regular tv. It is all app based and we our a big sports watching family and at the time the Stanley Cup Finals were on. So, we had to use our devices to watch it. Not a super big deal, but would have been nice to watch on the big tv.
