Perfect location. We booked a guys trip to fish for 4 days and it was the perfect location to get to the dock and back in a timely manner.

Great property!

Myself, son, and dad stayed for 4 nights and worked out great for us. We would stay again and hope to next year.

Very responsive, very clean place, rooms and beds were great. Having the French bakery only a few minutes away was fantastic. Basically, all was excellent.

Dave was very accommodating with anything we needed and gave us great recommendations!

The house was set up perfectly with each couple having their own bathroom. Everything was clean. No complaints whatsoever! The pool was awesome as well and used every single day!

Host Dave was very pleasant to communicate with. Returned a call immediately when I couldn’t locate email regarding check in and check out instructions. Unit was clean and we appreciated the cupboard that had spices, oils and many other items that other guests left and we didn’t have to buy for a 3 day stay. Loved the pool

The house was incredibly comfortable and the perfect size for me and my family (dad, 3 adult children and 7 lb Cavapoo). The kitchen was well stocked, rooms and beds all cozy. Bathrooms were modern with great amenities. Many great restaurants/cafes nearby. We left well rested and satisfied with an excellent vacation. I could see us returning in the future!!

Everything was wonderful, clean, convenient, pool was great. Only suggestion: put a handicap bar when stepping out the tub.

We spent a blissful week in Dave’s beautiful house. It is in a great location just over the bridge from Key West and walking distance to some lovely restaurants, bakery, deli and CVS. We biked everywhere from the house even though we had a rental car. We said we would have biked from the airport if we had realized how close everything is! Access to all of Key West’s gorgeous spots is easy from the house including Duval Street and the beautiful beaches. It was great not to even have to consider traffic or parking. The botanical gardens are a short walk away too. We traveled as a family of 7 and the house was roomy enough for 6 adults and one almost adult. It had everything we needed to cook when we ate in. The pool and courtyard were just gorgeous. And the gym was great to have on site. All in all it was amazing and we would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Dave!

Good location

We were in Key West for a family wedding with three different family groups. This house was perfect with three bedrooms and their own bathrooms. Living area, kitchen and dining area were the perfect size. Nice porch in front and patio and balcony. Many very positive amenities. Downside is that it is next to a very busy road so you do get road noise. The owner was super responsive to the couple of questions we had. Very convenient to our events. About a 15 minute drive to the downtown area and 10 minutes to the airport. Great restaurants in the immediate area. Well stocked kitchen and strong WiFi. If in Key West again, will stay here.

This was an awesome property. It was very neat and comfort. It was located close to everything you would want to do. Well stocked kitchen great for cooking meals. It really helped make our vacation perfect.

Located in Cow Key right off the Overseas Hwy, gated community, and the location was a short (10-12 minutes) drive to downtown Key West. Property was very accommodating, and the area was nice. One bedroom & full bathroom with shower downstairs, and 2 bedrooms/master & full bathroom upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms had 2 twin beds that you needed to push together to create a king bed vs. having a 3rd king bed. Full kitchen, laundry was on second floor (provided laundry detergent). Very accommodating residence. Fantastic bakery, Italian restaurant (Roostica) both within easy walking distance from the residence, and Hogfish Bar & Grill was in the same neighborhood (fantastic eat). I would stay here again!

The property met our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent. If we got back to the property, it was challenging to find a spot to park, which we didn't like.

Dave’s house was comfortable, clean and in a safe and clean community. We especially appreciated the large and heated pool as well as Dave’s recommendations for local restaurants and venues. Though the adjacent freeway traffic was ever-present, it was not terribly noticeable. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dave’s house for a family stay.

Exactly as advertised with an incredible host. We had a great time in Key West!

We liked the house. The kitchen was great. We could tell it was recently updated and it was nice. The house was clean. I’m not complaining but we all talked about the house and the one thing everyone agreed on was the towels were, well, bad. We chuckled a lot about it because we’re easy going, but we all agreed we would invest in decent towels and linens in general if it were our place. Other than that, the information was great, and the house was in a good location. Property manager had great restaurant suggestions!

Overall we had a fabulous stay. The space was perfect for our six adults and two kids, the AC blew cold for relief from summer heat, and there were plenty of delicious food options nearby. My family thanked me multiple times for the great find. We would definitely stay there again!

House was great and everything we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze and should be highlighted. The property was clean and ready when we got there. The host of the property was also very responsive and helpful with answering questions.

Great rental, good location just a short hop to downtown. The pool, stocked kitchen, and common space to hang inside and outside made it perfect for our group. We encountered a couple of minor issues that Dave quickly jumped on - and he even left us some donuts for our troubles. Would definitely consider it again next time we're in Key West!
