Stayed Aug 7, 2021The property is located in a nice subdivision but was very dirty. We had to wash the kitchen and bathrooms ourselves, and could not use the grill or the kitchen equipment. The property management people at Long & Foster were the worst I have ever encountered. After I arrived in the rain from a three and a half hour drive, Kelci Barrientos, who had called twice to ask me when I was getting there (even though I arrived at 6:00 and they closed at 7:00), refused to give me instructions to get to the property. After I insisted, she printed off a computer sheet that was illegible, and said it's spitting distance from here, the Long & Foster office. The other woman was pleasant but clueless as to how to get keys and instruct people how to find their property. The property itself was dirty and the bathrooms and kitchen had to be washed and disinfected. I also got frequent notices from the manager about extra charges if I didn't get the linens out in three days time. It was the opposite of a relaxing vacation. I have been to Bethany once of twice a year over the last 15 years. I will never use Long & Foster again.
