We really loved our time here! The location was perfect, the amenities were great. It was very clean and comfortable. The only real issue we had was with the heater for the pool but the company was quick to respond and try to remedy the situation. We appreciated that!We would definitely love to come back again!

The location was amazing right on the beach! The pool lights didn’t work. They came out to fix them but they broke again but we enjoyed the covered pool!

We enjoyed the stay the house needed updated. There wasn’t enough cooking supplies in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was long and hard. A ramp would really help that walk. The pool wasn’t heated and it was too cold to swim. I would suggest heating the pool for the month of May instead of charging extra.

We enjoyed the house and was in a great location. The idea of having a private pool under the house for rainy days was awesome. But the pool was NOT heated as advertised and was almost unusable because of absolutely no sun and mid 80 days it had not heated up yet. Kids used it SOME (kids will swim in anything lol) but not as much as they would have liked. Only other thing. Not really a complaint. But the lack of blankets was alittle unconventional but we made it work. Over all nice place and we will book again.

Great beach view. We especially enjoyed the deck and the pool.

Stayed at a lot of beach houses over the years and this one had the best floor plan of any other house. Everything is on one level. Pool under the house so kids won't get burnt. The hot water in this house is top tier. 4 of us could take a hot shower at the same time and nobody lost water pressure or heat. I had to buy a broom because we have autistic kids who freak out over vacuum noises, but that's no biggie. Beds were very comfortable. If I had to constructively criticize at all I would advise in child latches at the top of both exterior doors in case you have eloping children. They are super inexpensive, but extremely effective. Aside from that it is wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Booked place specifically for heated pool as listed in title. However, overlooked fine print in details about this being an added amenity - description is slightly misleading . I didn’t mind paying extra but pool heater stopped working after 24 hrs. No one came to service it as previously promised during our stay. It is a great location and space is adequate. Place is dog friendly but be aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach in gulf shores.

Good location. Great house.covered pool saved a rainy day for the grandbabies.
