Upon entering, the living room invites you to unwind with a flat-screen smart TV, a plush chair, and a spacious leather sofa featuring a chaise lounge and ottoman. The ottoman transforms into a queen-size bed, offering extra sleeping space for your convenience.
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stainless refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a 2-burner glass cooktop. Please note, there is no oven due to limited space. Essential cooking utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, a Keurig coffee maker, a frying pan, and mixing bowls are provided.
Savor your meals on the teakwood dining table on the screened-in deck, where panoramic beach views and stunning sunsets enhance your dining experience. A bar-height table with 2 stools offers an additional dining or work area.
The guest bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and an armoire for convenient clothing storage. The adjoining guest bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, an LED mirror, and built-in shelving for towel storage.
Step outside to the screened-in deck furnished with comfortable outdoor couches and a dining table. Rinse off under the outdoor shower at the back of the home after a day at the beach. Explore the detached garage, stocked with kayaks and other amenities, and unwind around the fire pit with cozy chairs.
We warmly welcome your furry friends as we are PET FRIENDLY with a 2-pet maximum. A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet, and we kindly request no pets listed on the restricted breed list. If unsure, please message us prior to booking.

· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 4. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Pets are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Bay St. Louis asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Enjoyed the stay. Everything was as expected and as advertised. Close to beach. Quiet and private.
House was what we expected. Being a small house, it was well designed to utilize every available space. The screen porch was the best part. The only negative was when we set the AC, someone or something kept increasing the temperature. Not sure what that was about. In August it’s hot and to increase to 75 was not good. My husband has breathing issues so he likes it cool so he can breathe. Being on 70 to 72 it’s not so bad. I have an app on my phone to adjust my settings at home, so I’m wondering if the home owners has that too. And kept raising it up. Not sure but the amount of money we paid for 3 days should have covered the cost of AC
For my birthday this year, I wanted to go to the beach in a quieter vacation spot, and my son, daughter, and 4-year-old grandson joined me. Kristin, the manager, touched base with me after reservation to make sure we knew sleeping was somewhat limited, so that was a good touch on management's part. The house is as advertised: small, lovely, and easy beach access. The bed was extremely comfortable (some of the softest pillows and sheets I've experience while traveling), and son and grandson said the couch was comfy as well. We all loved being able to eat out on the screened porch and get just a bit more beach in from the view (I think my grandson would have slept out there if we'd let him). There were plenty of towels (regular and beach towels) and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There was sufficient soap, trash bags, dish pods, and laundry pods Honestly, the only thing missing from the advertisement was that there were no toiletries, but we all had our own, so we didn't miss out there. We stayed for two nights, and the house will definitely go on my favorites list for a future mother-and-daughter trip back to the area. Bay St Louis is a pretty little town, very quiet and everyone we encountered was as nice as can be. The beach is extremely shallow for a considerable distance, which was perfect for my grandson to enjoy. We managed to squeeze in a trip to the Audubon Aquarium in New Orleans since it was so close by. All in all, a great weekend at the beach.
Unbeatable beach-adjacent location!
The cottage was adorable & just right for 2 adults. The location/proximity to the beach & water is even better than the pictures represent, and the screened porch is amazing. I would absolutely make this my regular spot in BSL! That said, there are a few things potential renters should be aware of - to start, there is not 1 single closet in the cottage. There is a piece of furniture in the bedroom which has a handful of drawers & a side with a hanging bar that I guess is intended to take the place of a closet, but it is too short & too shallow to be useful. The drawers do not stay on the tracks at all, so they’re not useful, either. I travel regularly for work & basically live out of a suitcase, so it didn’t bother me, but If you can’t enjoy vacation without unpacking, this will be an issue for you. This coupled with how small the cottage is…I’m not sure it would be comfortable for more than 2 adults & 2 small kids. It was good for 2 adults and would be perfect for 1 couple w/or w/out a baby or toddler, but definitely not for 2 couples. Also, the description indicates the couch becomes a queen size “bed” with the ottoman…I’m not positive it’s as big as a queen - seemed more like a long double - and I definitely wouldn’t describe it as a bed. However, I didn’t find it uncomfortable to sleep on, and it would be just fine for a couple of kids or an adult who can sleep most anywhere. Finally, no toiletries & no trolley that we saw. Again, just FYI, all were non-issues for us!
Wonderful little house in a great location near Old Town BSL. We had a great weekend there!
We loved that the home was less than a block away from the beach and a very short golf cart ride to restaurants and shopping. The house includes a wonderful screen-in area to read and enjoy our morning coffee. A special thanks to Kristin, the property manager, she was easy to contact and was able to meet all of our additional needs. Which is always a big plus. All and all the fit was great for our 3 day weekend. We will be back.
