3 Bedroom House near Old Town

Great neighborhood, quiet and close to downtown. Short walk to the bay with lots of trees along the way for shade. Very short drive to Pass Christian. The house was very clean and a lot of space if traveling with a large group. Large backyard for the dogs. Had all the amenities and a lovely welcome basket. Definitely recommend!

Courtney and Burden truly know how to make their guests feel at home. There was not one thing that we could have needed or forgotten that was not available. Upon arrival, everything was sanitized and in perfect order. If you are looking for a kid-friendly place, this is it. There were toys, pack and play, and an outdoor playset to name a few things that normally are not provided at rentals. The location was perfect and with the golf cart available for rent (daily or entire stay), there is no need to search for a place closer to the beach or the strip. There were an abundance of blankets, pillows, and towels that were all fresh and clean. I could go on forever, but to keep it short and sweet, this rental is as perfect as any we've stayed in anywhere.

The house was clean and very spacious. the neighborhood was quiet and we didnt have to worry about any of our stuff. loved that we vould bring our pet .

My son tested out the rope swing in the front yard before we even made it up the steps! The house was just the right size for our group, and we enjoyed the safe neighborhood for the kids to be able to play on the swings and slides. There were plenty of quality restaurants nearby, but it was nice to use the grill and kitchen to eat at home too. The teens loved the fire pit and lights in the back yard.

Great place to stay, the property had everything we needed from plenty of parking, dog friendly, fenced yard, close to Downtown BSL, and very nice on the inside.

This property was amazing. Everything we expected and more the Edmunds are doing an amazing job with this property. We highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Bay St. Louis area

Great location and great place to stay!

This vacation rental was perfect for my mini family vacation. The house is accommodating with 3 bedroom, all with king size beds. The downstairs patio and play set was perfect for my grandson to play and cool off with one of Mrs. Mary’s Snowballs. The location can’t be beat, providing a safe and quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach and shopping. The owners have put a lot of thought into what may be needed during the stay, and provided all of the essentials. I would highly recommend anyone to check it out, I know I’m already planning to stay again in the future! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The host was very accommodating. Left wine and snacks for my stay. I definitely would recommend their home. Great communication!

The Baycation was more than we expected. The home was perfect. The kids loved it. Had plenty of necessities provided. Parking was sufficient. Location was great. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful safe neighborhood and to the water. The kids loved the rope swing and backyard. We just relaxed with friends. The host were great and responsive to any questions we had. Not a lot was required of us at check out. So we loved that too. We definitely plan on coming back.
