The only drawback was that the televisions could use an update. We had hoped to watch a show together as a family, but unfortunately weren’t able to. For most guests who come strictly for the beach, this probably won’t be an issue, but since we were there for a burial, we spent more time indoors than usual.That said, everything else about our stay was great. Even during a holiday, the response from Padre Escapes was excellent. We truly appreciated their attentiveness. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, would be good for a family that wanted to be near the beach. Decent condo, nothing to complain about but nothing that really is above and beyond. Rented by a large company not individual owners

Check in was easy but check in information was provided late ( around 4:30 ). Beach view and access was not exactly as expected. There is coffee makers but no coffee or ingredients. Sower has shampoo but no soaps. Overall was ok but not excellent..

Amazing home and amazing location

This condo was amazing -- everything we could ask for -- it was clean -- kitchen was well-equipped -- pet friendly -- short walk to the beach -- the pool was very nice also for the days we decided to not go to the beach. Location was perfect being across the street from the beach and close to the grocery store and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully stay longer than four nights. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This property was great for our group. We had one member of the family that had mobility issues and the down stairs bedroom walk in shower was perfect. The upstairs set up was great as well kids had a room with bunk bed and trundle be. They loved it. Upstairs master bedroom was good and the other room with queen bed worked great for our group. Condo was a short drive to beach. It had a nice pool. We did have a problem with fire ants. Also we were not able to use the pool one afternoon of our stay because one of the other condo tenants decided to have a large birthday party and monopolized the whole pool are. However we know that is not something that always happens. Overall I would highly recommend this property. One point you should know is that stairs going upstairs are very steep.

Kitchen had all the necessities.We had a group of 12 & it seemed a little tight. Queen beds were very uncomfortable ( I still have neck pain 2days after our trip) & one of the ceiling fans made noise waking us in the middle of the night.

The patio being off the downstairs bedroom was inconvenient but manageable. The upstairs bathtub was clogged up.

What a great place!! 7 of us total--5 adults and 2 kids--and we had plenty of room. Everything was provided as advertised--check in and out was easy, and communication was great! 10 minute walk to the beach!! Exactly what we were looking for--highly recommend!!

We've stayed here the past two years due to the close location of the beach and homeliness of the unit. We have always had a good experience and will be coming back in the future! My grandparents love that they can have a downstairs bedroom as it's hard for them to go up stairs in their old age and the younger members of my family can all stay up stairs. We love being able to have a full kitchen to cook!

Location was close to the beach. The condo was clean. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kids had a ball in the pool. Will book again in the future.

This property we have stayed at before we have a large family 13 of us. We had plenty of room and places to sleep. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and actually liked the short walk to the beach. We would most likely stay here again.

The toaster only toasted one side of bread. The dry did not dry well at all. The fridge shelving was almost all cracked or broken. For the amount of money we were expecting more. The fact that three families were staying in this rental there should hav been more than one paper towel roll. I will not rent from this establishment again. The employees are great the actual rental no thank you.

The house was big enough for the 10 of us! We were right across from the beach! The house was fully stocked so we ate dinner there each night! Thanks for making our trip amazing!

There was tons of space and very clean, just a short walk from the beach.
