Pet-Friendly Beach Home w/ Private Pool & Gulf Views! Steps to the Beach!

The amenities need improvement. The couches looked old and beat up. Not comfortable. Stained. Overall the place needs some updates on furniture and amenities lThe sink water didn’t drain in one of the bathrooms. Location is grest

Amazing vacation location

Location was great. Communication was great. We liked the pool. The inside is very basic. The furniture and beds were not comfortable. When something needed to be attended to, they were on it to fix it.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Blue Sails with iTrip. The location could not have been better—just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks and evening sunsets. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the neighborhood setting, which felt quiet, safe, and family-friendly. Having access to a pool in addition to the beach was a great bonus, especially for the kids. Our dog was also happy! The iTrip staff were excellent to work with—friendly, professional, and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Their customer service made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. Overall, Blue Sails was the perfect beach house for our vacation, and we would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

CLEAN!! This house was immaculate, Extremely comfortable and Spacious! I had 12 of my family members staying in this slice of paradise that was just a 2 minute’s walk away from private beach. We could not have asked more perfect home to stay during our time in Panama City!!!

Awesome property , well kept resort /residence, space galore for the 8 occupants without claustrophobic overtones. Having the beach a mere 2 minute walk away; huge plus. Pool area spacious with chaises for all at the same time !!! Greatest vacation to date !!! Rain or shine!

We had such a great experience at Blue Sails. Several years ago we rented the house next door (which was great also) and blue sails was amazing. Our 2 dogs felt right at home. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks on the back of the doors inside so you have someplace to hang towels and swim suits. Other than that we had a wonderful experience. The location is so close to the beach. Thank you For such a great time.

We really enjoyed this stay. Perfect location and the home itself suited all our needs. The pool was an amazing addition that now is a requirement at our future Florida stays. Only complaint was that we were told to bring chairs etc for beach but they had a ton in the garage. Also the water pressure in the top bedroom shower wasn’t great. Otherwise we loved everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Sails. Perfect for our group. Boys were on bottom level, moms on main level and girls on top level. Everything was very clean, the only real complaints we had was the little bit of dishes we used were not very clean. The other would be the lack of throw rugs in living areas and stairs. It was raining when we arrived and several of us almost busted it on the stairway up to main level and the floor once we got to main level. A runner or rugs when you walk in the garage door and side doors would probably take care of that. Had an issue with an outside light and the management communicated back right away and had the light fixed the next morning. Beach access was amazing and even during spring break week, it was not crowded like it is down in Rosemary and Seacrest. We will definitely book again.

Blue Sails is a exceptional place to stay. The location is a few steps from the beach and the views of the ocean and sunset from the decks are gorgeous. The master suite has an extra large shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water. This house has space to relax and enjoy. This house is pet friendly and sleeps up to 12 guests. There's a nice pool in the back. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There are penty of dishes for a large group and two different styles of coffee makers. We were able to make all of our meals, bake cookies, mix cocktails and do everything that we wanted to without having to bring any supplies along with us. The communications and customer service were just right. Clear and simple instructions were available as well as a binder full of resources at the property. I would love to return again in the future.

Most thinks we're good about our stay. A few concerns. As we were there in late Fall, the house could REALLY use a back flood light. It was incredibly dangerous to navigate the house steps. The description should state NON- HEATED pool. We were very disappointed to not use the pool. Good location. Clean.

The perfect everything to spend a week with my total family. Close to the beach that made it easy access for the grand babies. Could not have asked for anything better.

This house was perfect for our annual beach vacation. Very short and easy walk to the most beautiful beach. The house itself was very clean and nice. Plenty of extra pillows and linens with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked as well and nice starter amenities were provided upon arrival. We would 100% stay here again.

We are huge fans of the area. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the beach keeps us coming back. The only real negative, and we knew this going in, is the lack of a second bathroom on the main floor. The main floor bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and the commom space, including it's the only bathroom with access to the pool deck. We cook alot on our vacations so a lack of dish towels and some cooking utensils always seems to be an issue, so we have learned to bring our own. All said, our criticisms are not going to keep us from going back.

Our family enjoyed the home and its spaciousness. We had a short walk to the beach, which we all loved. We hired a local photographer and had beach pictures. Everything we needed was close by. We made several trips to Panama to eat and shop. We used the pool at night and would recommend this home to anyone! Any concerns we had were promptly handled.

We loved the location and how close it is to the beach. We appreciated the spacious areas of the house, but it is dated and needs some improvements. The dishwasher was broken throughout our stay, and although the agency attempted to fix it, they were unsuccessful. The air handler unit in the downstairs room was noisy at night, and the water pressure in the main floor shower was low. Overall ok experience
