Stayed Jun 25, 2025Great experience, some clean up needed outside and lower area under house but overall we had a great stay. Very convenient walk to the beach and local hangout outs, restaurants and ice cream shops. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted our experience:-Overgrown Landscaping: Both the front and backyards were severely overgrown. We had to physically break off parts of a large bush near the driveway just to access parking, which was inconvenient and not something guests should be responsible for. The backyard was covered with weeds and tree debris, which caused our dogs to come inside with thorns and brush stuck in their fur.-Bathroom Drainage Issue: The second bathroom had serious drainage problems. Water would pool up to our ankles during showers. My mother ended up clearing a large amount of hair and buildup from the drain herself, something that should have been addressed prior to guest arrival.-Nonfunctional Patio Lights: The bulb lights under the covered patio did not work. One string was completely out, and the other had only one working bulb. I messaged the host about this and received no reply. We had hoped to use the outdoor space in the evenings but were unable to due to the lack of lighting.-Cleanliness Concern: There was a visible brown stain resembling feces on the living room rug when we arrived, which we had to clean ourselves.-Loose Front Door Knob: The front door knob was noticeably loose, which raised security concerns.-Pest Control Issues: The outdoor area was overrun with mosquitoes. We were bitten extensively while trying to use the downstairs patio. -Backyard Flooding after the rain the backyard

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Awesome place. Quiet, private and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. No car needed. Just what we wanted.
