Pet Friendly 2BR Townhouse Downtown Rehoboth Beach w/ Pool & Parking

The place was very clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed with no issues.

Within walking distance of the water front. Check in was easy. Nice and quiet residential area. Only complaint was one person had a little difficulty with the spiral staircase. The upstairs bedrooms had their own bathroom. And downstairs had a half bath. Good communication with the host.

Liked the location and size of house. However floors very dirty, could'nt walk barefoot. One room had carpet stain from dog and a smell. Need a new cleaning crew.

Great visit, as advertised. Will be back.

For a place that takes pets, this is one of the nicest places we've stayed in a while. The kitchen was well-stocked with everyday necessities which made cooking a breeze. The townhouse was comfortably and nicely furnished. Location was amazing - you are steps aways from everything - and there's a parking pass to help you park closer to the beach. Pool was great, too, and close. Even the second parking space - while not immediately available in front of the townhome - is just a short walk away in second lot. Our family and dogs had a wonderful time here - beds were a little firm for our liking - but overall, we loved it here!

We had a great stay at Scarborough. The pool was wonderful as we had a super hot week. We were provided with an accurate description of our condo. We were happy that this was a pet friendly condo as we had a family dog with us. Very comfortable stay and I would recommend!

Very clean and updated condo in a perfect, quiet location.

The house was very clean and the property was well maintained. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen had everything you need to cook/eat while staying there. Everything was in great condition! It was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. The pool is fantastic too! Walkable to the beach or shops/restaurants. We parked the car when we arrived and only moved it to go check out Cape Henlopen (about a 25 minute drive away).

Contract indicates there are two off street parking places but not at this set of condos (102 and 106 only have one space). Plus with an 11 yo and 15 yo, it's inconvenient to have them sleep in the main living space (fold out couch). Otherwise the location and property are great for 4 people (and one car). We would love to stay in the same block again at a place with more beds for kids. Very nice place!
