Stayed Jan 1, 2026The backyard was perfect for kids. The house itself seemed to be in the process of updating with a few rundown areas (missing trim, cracked cabinets) but none of it affected function or the stay. We loved the location. The area felt very safe. Overall I would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025This house is so cute! It is my first choice when visiting my daughter at Trinity University. Roomy house with spacious yard and pool. Quiet street, nice neighbors, very close to campus. We stayed a week and had a great stay. Host is gracious and accommodating.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We booked this house to visit our daughter in college and attend the Light the Way lighting ceremony at the University of Incarnate Word. The house is very close to campus and a perfect home for a short trip or longer stay. The house is an older home but the owners have made nice updates and upgrades. We had no problems checking in, communicating with the owner or finding items we needed within the home. We will definitely rent this house again and we look forward to spending time in the very nice and shaded backyard on our next trip. Thank you for sharing your home!
