Stayed Dec 29, 2024Four generations of family from age 3 to 83 gathered at Perfect Point to enjoy the 1st week of 2025. The spaciousness of the house is impressive, especially the primary suite. Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with supplies needed for family meals. The back yard view of the lake and moss covered trees is beautiful. Viewing the night sky from the dock was awww inspiring. Management company was friendly and responsive. Loved our visit and hope to return again some day soon.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Perfect size for 8 adults, beds comfy. Expect only 1 towel per person. Water not suitable for drinking, by my standards. Water pressure is low but doable. One side kitchen sink did not drain . the dishwasher unusable as it was filled with water. Could be great rental except plumbing situation.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024This home had everything we were looking for. Plenty of space to enjoy cooking together, eating together at the nice large dining table, playing games inside and out in the yard, kayaking, paddleboard, and if we weren't so tired from our adventures we would have enjoyed the firepit too. We were able to enjoy quality time together and everyone had their own space in their bedroom as well. The location is very convenient. It was a an easy drive to Crystal River to go scalloping. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer than the weekend. We hope to return next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Beautiful views that can be enjoyed from the back porch or from the dock. We got up early each morning to view the spectacular sunrise over the lake. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. The management company is easy to work with and very professional. There are a lot of outdoor activities to enjoy that are only 30 mins away - Crystal Springs, Rainbow Springs, Downtown Dunnellon, etc.
