Perfectly located in the Albuquerque area of Nob Hill

Super clean and great location for exploring Nob Hill and areas around UNM. Overall great stay for family and would stay again when in town.

Easy check in and out, beautiful property, great location

The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. The house is comfortable and spacious and has everything you would need to feel right at home. It feels like a welcoming home, unlike others we’ve stayed in that just feel like hotel units…with no charm or character.

We really enjoyed our stay - very convenient. The kitchen could use a couple of items that would make things more efficient, like a colander and a dish drainer. Thanks!

The house is very nice so clean spotless everything set up is for the convenience of the renters. The owner is super nice quick response for any problems and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended this place..

We enjoyed the convenience of this location in Albuquerque. Seeing the hot air balloons was incredible and Francisco’s place was just as advertised. Communication was easy and instructions were clear.A

The house was very nice and super clean and the neighborhood was great and convenient to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay.

Our only concern was with the scented aromas from multiple cleaning products. I am highly sensitive and this was problematic. We dealt with it by washing the sheets, towels, and blanket with fragrance free detergent, which helped enough that we were able to stay.Everything else about the house was great.

Nice accommodations. Good communication. Walkable, unique, artsy area of town. Short drive to most Albuquerque attractions.

Property was well located to the university for the flamenco festival and Nob Hill for restaurants. House was clean and check in and host communication was easy. Would stay here again.

Perfectly located in the Nob Hill area. East walk to shops, restaurants, bars. Roomy and very comfortable for 4 adults. Great backyard. We really enjoyed sitting out there, relaxing and visiting.Manager, Francisco, was very communicative and made everything very east.Only one negative: The house is on the corner of a fairly busy street that appears to be a main thoroughfare. Consequently, there can be, at times, a lot of street noise. Other than that, the house was great!

It was an adorable and extremely pleasant stay. The host was very prompt in responding. Future guests, if you want a hot shower, use the bathroom with the tub. The other one never rose above warm. Regardless, I would definitely book it again.

Francisco's home was beautiful: bright, comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was great outdoor space for spreading out and relaxing. We were surprised to find anadditional basement area too. We've stayed in 5 other places over the years, and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable. Wonderful location, too.

This home was fantastic, comfortable and just as the pictures showed. The location was fantastic and exposed us to a really cute part of Alb. that we weren't aware of - Nob Hill. Hosts were professional and very communicative. All details were communicated and delivered in timely manner.

We were in town to visit friends and bring my daughter to camp at UNM. This house was in a very convenient location and had a great combination of modern updates plus old home charm. Large, comfortable primary suite - plenty of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is a bit on the small size, but still standard dimensions and typical for homes in the area. Very nice beds and pillows. We have two teenagers (boy and girl) who did not want to share a room, and we asked Francisco if we could setup an air mattress in the basement for my son. He was very accommodating and provided us with extra linens, and was good about communicating when work crews were coming by the house. Nice outdoor areas with plenty of seating. Check in and check out were easy. We would rent here again!

The property was very clean. It has been updated and is very cute. It also has a great back yard area. We loved the circle drive as it made it easy to get in and out of the property. Walkable to Nob Hill shops/restaurants. Quick drive to Old Town or downtown. Excellent place to stay if you’re in Albuquerque!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a meet at UNM so location was great. Lots of nearby restaurants. Property also accommodated our 3 vehicles. I was worried that we would have to park in the street. House was very clean and definitely would stay there again.
