PERFECTION...STEPS FROM DUVAL ~

We had 4 couples and it was perfect! Everything was clean and well functioning and thoughtfully stocked. Overall spice was more roomy than we expected. The pool was warm and clean we could not find fault with anything!!

We had a lovely stay here, location was everything! The beds were comfy although one of the rooms was a bit extra toasty. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Plenty of towels for our group. The WiFi wasn’t great, kept going in and out for people in our group who had to WFH. There were quite a few bugs but not sure if there’s any way to avoid that considering it’s Florida. Otherwise we felt very welcome in the house and had such a good time here.

Great location. Close to Duval St. and all that there is to do. 4 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms. Pool is a little small. Inside of house was very clean. Outside kept getting dirty due to the changing of the season's.

Decent little cottage

This property is in a great location within walking distance of all of the Key West attractions while also in a quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and found that there was plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are all a good size and each one has its own bathroom. The small swimming pool is an added bonus.

The location is stellar ! But … The bedrooms were fine, but uber cramped … The bathrooms all too small The fridge was broken upon arrival - some of our food had to be thrown away and no ice . And no bottles of water to welcome us… The common area is way too small . The pictures showed a table outside , and there was no table . There were limited dishes - 3 plates so we had to go buy plates - Additionally, no one ever mentioned street parking cost one by so we got a ticket .there were no signs near where we parked the second car Although we made the best of it… the fridge caused a great deal Of unwanted stress! We brought two coolers packed w food!…

The villa is in a great location but is not a great place to stay. We were a family of 6 and this house felt very crowded. Nowhere to really hang out together. The kitchen/living area are tiny. The house is in poor condition with broken and lifting floor tiles, black mold blowing from the bathroom vents,broekn windows, refrigerator with missing shelves, etc. There is absolutely no surface area in the bathrooms-nowhere to put anything! The rooms are tiny and you had to crawl around the beds to get in. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed that, but overall, not great, or even good. Do not recommend.

The location is excellent. Just a block off Duval and within easy walking distance of Margaritaville, Sloppy Joes and all the other fun stuff. One of the drawbacks was the lack of amenities. We did not have any trash bags, starter coffee, salt/pepper, etc. Not a deal breaker at all but I was surprised at the lack of stocked items in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture was also lacking with only 1 lounger. For a house that accommodates so many people this was a disappointment. We only had 4 guests but having a full house would have been very cramped. We could not find a light switch for outside lights which shined brightly in the bedroom all night, and trust me we tried every switch inside and out of the place. Over-all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Great 4 bed 4 ba Key West Rental. Central to everything. Well stocked and well appointed. Tjere was even a small fridge/nightstand in one bedroom. Living space is small for a large group but we did not spend a lot of time in doors. Beds are definitely firm. Had everything we needed. Pool was great on a hot afternoon! Would stay again!

Check in process was smooth and easy, house was very well equipped and the location was amazing. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms is a big deal for big groups, the only thing to really take note is the parking is tight to get off the street, much easier with smaller vehicles. Overall, awesome place to stay.
