We had a fantastic stay! Leia was so responsive and accommodating. Had a great time staying there for winterfest. Close to our favorite restaurants and right by the highway. The space was adorable and exceptionally clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Literally the perfect house!!! It was absolutely spotless and had everything you’d need for a long weekend. We took our dog and two friends and the location was perfect! We could walk him everywhere in town. Check in and communication with Leia was so smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again and actually just recommended to a few friends for a trip later in the month.

This was a great place to stay in grand haven. Location was perfect. The bikes were a nice thing to be able to use. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

We celebrated our anniversary in GH. This was a great little house and location was perfect near the water and close to restaurants and shops which we walked to. We had our dog and we enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. The king bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking and it was a bit of a challenge in the night with bathroom on lower level for us older folks navigating the small stairs. All in all highly recommend for couples with dogs or small family.

Wonderful guest house with terrific, responsive hosts as neighbors. The house is very clean and has everything one would need for long or short term stays. The location is exceptional for walking, biking or driving. Parking, bikes, the patio, the grill all being available with the house are welcome extras. Leia and Scott have thought of everything.

This property was amazing! It was so pretty and comfortable with everything you could need for a fun getaway! It was within walking distance of down town Grand Haven which was amazing as we could go everywhere we wanted and not have to worry about parking. Leia is an amazing host who gave a lot of awesome recommendations and great information that made our stay so much better!

The location was perfect for walking or biking. It was a busy street and noisy during the day, but ok at night. We enjoyed the back patio. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. Driveway was narrow and sometimes hard to get in and out due to traffic. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the house.

Grand Haven a beautiful town and this home afforded us great accommodations and the perfect location to fully enjoy our too short stay! Walk to everything - water, boardwalk, park, and downtown restaurants.

We were visiting over the weekend for a wedding. Because of the prime location, we were able to walk to several restaurants, stores and beach. This property was very well maintained and extremely comfortable with several household amenities. We highly recommend this location, property owner was easy to communicate with and we look forward to another visit!

Clean well equipped place to stay. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the canal that leads to Lake Michigan. The bedrooms on the second floor are small but the beds are comfortable. The first floor is updated nicely with a comfortable living area and nicely updated kitchen and bath. We loved the outdoor space for visiting also.

The place is so close to everything. The bikes make it very easy to get around. Leia was very responsive to anything we needed! Thank you for an amazing week! We will be back!!!

We loved staying here for a summer family vacation. It was a great home base to visit area beaches, state parks, and Michigan's Adventure. The home was clean and comfortable. It is on bit of a busy street. The stairs are a bit steep, not a problem for our family, but may be a downside to people with mobility issues. We would totally stay here again.

The location of this home is awesome. Just about anywhere you’d like to visit near the beach, can be done by walking/biking from the rental property. We truly enjoyed are stay, and are considering rebooking this home for next year’s Soccer in the Sand Tournament! Thanks for the stay!
