This beautiful townhouse is in the perfect location to enjoy all Grand County has to offer! We are only a 3 minute walk down the Vasquez Creek bike path to the center of Winter Park where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Hideaway Park, the site of a sled riding hill and skate park for the kids, is only a 2 minute walk. The new Winter Park Music Pavilion is also located in Hideaway Park and is the site for a series of concerts all summer long. For skiers, there is a shuttle stop less

Stayed Feb 5, 2026This was one of the best ski houses we’ve ever stayed in. Well-stocked pantry, lots of toiletries, big hot tub, great common space, logins to many different streaming services, and great location (super close to the bus, tubing hill, and walkable to multiple restaurants). The host was very responsive and helpful. Definite 5-star stay!

Stayed Dec 30, 2025Our family had a great time in winter park. The house was clean and very well equipped. We skied, snowmobiled, snowshoed and tubed in winter park. It was a great way to welcome the new year!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Great property in a perfect location! The best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever encountered in a rental, no dull knives or battered old pans here. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 3 families to spread out. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river and the convenient access to many trails!

Stayed Mar 5, 2025We decided that we would stay within walking distance of restaurants / town but very near a Lift stop (bus) to get to the slopes. It was a great decision! Loved the condo. With 6 adults, we each had lovely rooms separated by the half levels of the condo making it very quiet. We all love to cook and felt that this kitchen was up to par, not common in many rentals. Wonderful to have views of trees and the creek and yes, we enjoyed apre ski hot tub!

Stayed Feb 20, 2025We had an amazing time at this winter park home! It has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for hot tub, bath items etc. The location can’t be beat! Right next to sledding hill, mainstreet shops and the Lyft ski bus. This home is well taken care!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We were a group of 8, lots of room to spread out in this home, very well stocked with all the amenities and more, so close to the ski shuttle route, we had an amazing time! Bill is a great host, so easy to communicate with, he answered my few questions promptly, we had a one year old in our group, there was a pack n play with sheets a high chair and ample toys, this made things so easy! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The property was as described and worked well for a group of friends to get together and ski. It is walking distance to several restaurants in town and there are 5 levels to the house people can spread out for sleeping.

Stayed Feb 8, 2024Great spot right near downtown with everything you need. Was able to hop on the Winter Park mountain shuttle right outside our front door every morning. Would defintely come back and stay again
