It was a perfect location for us to all be together, but with more than enough bedrooms for individual space. The space was well equipped, clean, and had nice amenities. We did some fly fishing on the Yakima River nearby, which was close and convenient. Seeing the Elk near the property was a surprise treat!

In terms of cleanliness, it was in very poor condition. The bathrooms had a lot of dust and hair. The bed linens in the bedrooms were not changed and were dirty. This is unacceptable for a rental property. It is obvious that proper cleaning was not done. The house urgently needs a full deep cleaning throughout. The kitchen also lacked basic spices.

The house was great. It was decorated for Christmas complete with a tree. That made such a huge difference! Lots of space for everyone!

This is a five star home managed by a five start team on a five star golf course! Our entire family (four generations) had a great time! When there was a mid-stay hiccup...it was taken care of in a five star manner. We hope to stay again next summer!

Reviewer Comments: Came for our big family reunion and I was very happy of the choice to book this home. It was the perfect home for our group. The adults had very good keep on the king and queen beds and our teenagers love the bunk bed room with the TV. Our under 10 kids love the little bunk beds room so everyone had plenty of room to roam! There are TV in all the rooms, even in the laundry room! A lot of towels were stocked for us, shampoos, even they provide hairdryer. The kitchen is huge with all kinds of mini appliances and pots and pans muffin tins provided. Plenty of glasses, plates, cups and utensils were provided . We enjoyed the hot tub outside and sat around the campfire! We used the BBQ and made steak and chicken as well. All of us had fun utilizing the game room. We played such fun competitive ping pong game and pool and foosball. We always kept saying, wow, they thought of everything. The place overall is clean in general. There are some issues we found that would bump up the cleanliness to 5 stars, such as sticky floors on the living room and dining room (I believe it was just the cleaning product used) but we didn’t like walking bare footed in those areas because it was just too sticky so we were wearing socks the whole time we were in the house. Also there were plenty of dead bugs around one of the screen door. The outside furnitures needed to be wiped down well before being used. However, aside from these issues, We did enjoy spending some time with our family in that big beautiful home. Love the thoughtful decor and comfortable behalf up furniture inside the home. Thank you for having us, we all love it there!

Reviewer Comments: We have had the pleasure of staying in multiple properties within the Suncadia community over the years and have never had a bad experience. I am happy to say that we loved this property as well and look forward to the possibility of another stay again soon. This is a beautiful well-kept home with a warm & cozy feel to it. Great layout with an indoor fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit, hot tub and well equipped game room in garage area which we enjoyed immensely during our downtime. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is great with a beautiful view of the golf course and the main lodge and winery are both close by. Property management company was very helpful and made themselves available should we have needed anything. The only challenge we experienced during our stay was with the main oven in the kitchen. It was clearly not functioning properly and took hours to bake food that should have only taken an hour at best. Property management company was responsive and sent maintenance out to take a look but it wasn’t able to be fixed and it was determined that a service request would have to be made with an appliance vendor which wasn't an option on the weekend. All Seasons Rental did provide us with (2) smaller countertop convection ovens which at least allowed us to heat our food (in smaller batches) - wasn’t ideal for a large group of people but we made it work and luckily had already had plans to grill our 2nd night at the property so made the best of it. Highly recommend a stay at the Larkspur Woods @ Suncadia property (assuming the oven issue is adequately addressed ).

Great house to have a quick winter getaway!Lots of space and well equipped to have multiple families.

Overall stay was great, rooms were good size and everything in kithen was well stocked. Only wished host responded to our early checkin message bit soon (not 2 hrs before arrival). Rest everything was great.

Great place for a group. Plenty of space, loved the fire pit, hot tub and game room. Kitchen was beyond well appointed. Very impressive home.

We did wish that some trees and shrubs/grasses on the property especially around the driveway were better maintained. Made it challenging to get 4 cars in.
