Stayed Nov 7, 2024Everything we needed: convenience, 2 toilets, clean place. The accommodations were perfect for the price. Just enough space indoor and outdoor. Very clean. I wish the internet was better so it didn't interrupt College GameDay, but we survived and that's my absolute only complaint.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023The house was clean as a whistle and very comfortable, with plenty of towels. As long as you have a car, it is very convenient to Raleigh. It could have used a couple more pieces of kitchen equipment (measuring cups, serving spoons) and an extra blanket, but overall was completely satisfactory.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023Had to book this last minute and the process was great. The house was nice. We were not able to determine where the designated work space was., incase a professional does stay there. There really is not a private backyard as the houses are very close and there is no fence. We felt it was not really within walking distance to the city so we drove. There were some chairs outside on the small entry deck but no other outside amenities. The house worked well for our stay just not what we were expecting neighborhood wise.
