Perfect place for a getaway or a longer stay! Convenient & comfortable

QUALITY IS JOB ONE…

Nothing to complain about here other than not being able to relax and enjoy the property more. Checking in late was no issue. Chose property to accommodate the family instead of getting two hotel rooms and best believe this was a better choice. The small additions like the water to the fruit and snack bars, it was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

The owners have renovated their finished basement into a nice 2 bedroom guest suite with full bath, laundry and full kitchen. A few comments: This is a basement with a seperate entrance, with the owners upstairs, so sounds of people and plumbing definitely carry from upstairs to down. The overhead lighting is a bit harsh, dimmer switches or lamps would mitigate this. There is no way to control the temperature of the unit, nor were there any extra blankets (which were mentioned in the guest book) - one night was so cold I slept in my coat. Overall, this is a good VRBO short-stay option in a residential development, with a pocket park/playground next door. Everything is new and clean. We did not see our hosts during our Saturday-Monday stay. Would recommend and stay again if our usual accommodation in the area is not available!

This rental perfectly met our needs and we enjoyed it very much. We were able to briefly meet Susan and she was welcoming and friendly. It was a bit odd that there was no temperature controls in the unit, but the host responded very quickly to our request. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, but not far to all of the amenities we needed. If we’re ever in the Fredericksburg area, we would stay here again and give it and the host an excellent rating!

The first time staying in a rental I didn't feel like I needed to clean before settling in. Beautiful decor, very clean, quiet neighborhood. Nice little touches, very organized kitchen, just say enough good things.
