The home is a ranch-style 3BR/1BA. There aretwo bedrooms that have standard bedding and one that is a sofa couch. The bathroom is full-size with a tub and shower. There is also a large driveway that can fit 3-4 cars.

The home was recently updated and turned into a full-time rental in August of 2022. The reviews from past guests will be from past years when the home was only a football weekend rental.

The location is amazing! The space is adequate and clean. They left plenty of towels and bedding which was greatly appreciated. The beds were terrible and need to be replaced. And we had an electrical issue which was concerning but is probably due to the age of the home. Management will address it I am sure.
