Stayed for two nights. It was seven of us my granddaughter‘s graduation. She picked it out herself. She stated it was very nice. She enjoyed the pool and the games that was there to play. She enjoyed the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and quiet the bathroom amenities they probably could upgrade to more bigger sizes for the body wash so forth, but it didn’t matter to us because we always take our own body wash and so then all that but all in all I would stay again in the area

Rented the house for 7 people for ASU graduation. Was perfect size for group. Kitchen dishes, pans, glassware was better than other places we've stayed. Pool was nice given temperature didn't need to heat. When we got in I didn't see a booklet, which most places have, with information about the place. Found it in one of the cabinets. Don't know if the cleaners put it there or someone else. If it's not out, look for it.

Crisis averted by the owner. Personally took care of an air conditioning situation on one of the most unprecedented heat waves of March. Tim was able to keep us in the rental and comfortable. He checked in on us regularly, until the situation was resolved.We appreciated that. We were 3 adults and two kids (age 9 and 6) the house was perfect for our needs. We liked the location for access to everything we wanted to get to. Neighborhood was residential, and walkable every morning. Easy check out. No chores required.

The house was perfect for three couples and close to everything we came to do. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. There was an issue with the pool when we first arrived and he had it corrected immediately.

Location was perfect and the back yard was awesome! We hung out in the backyard almost every night. House is convenient and so close to so many activities and things that we could do. Beautiful property!

The house was roomy and open. The kitchen was ready for cooking, either a full meal with the oven/stove, or heating a snack in the microwave. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating. There was a TV and numerous games ready to entertain. The bedrooms were all nice, with one having twin beds and the rest king size. There was even an outside room that was a bedroom/laundry room. The back yard was very private, with a pool/hot tub combo that was really nice. There was plenty of comfortable seating, tables, a gas grill, a gas firepit, jenga, and cornhole. All of the bathrooms were nice too.

Great stay! Fully stocked and awesome amenities, from the hot tub, pool, outdoor games, and fire pit. We enjoyed every bit of it!

Great setup for group of 8 golfers. Kitchen spacious and well stocked with cookware. Home was clean and stocked well in the bathrooms to get the week started. Outdoor area included a natural gas fire pit, heated hot tub and pool with night time lights to set the mood. Owner very responsive when called for any question.

The house met all are needs and the pool and spa were wonderful.

We were in town for a tennis tournament. My teammates and I enjoyed this house and loved all having our own bedrooms. The house was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. The host was great and always responded when needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

The rooms were nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to fix meals. The pool area and backyard made the stay fun. Communication with the owner was great! The only 2 comments we had to further improve the stay would be to have a few more kitchen towels and cushions for the wooden chaise lounges by the pool.

Great house, clean and tastefully decorated, great layout and amenities for mutli-generational families, fantastic communication with the owner. 100% would recommend for family vacation! We will be back!

We enjoyed a great week and the house was great for our family. Tim was very accommodating with our check-in time since our flight arrived early in the day. House is centrally located making many attractions a short car ride away.

Absolutely a great rental experience. We were in AZ for the week relocating my son and this house was perfect for two families. Record temps but pool was great to have. Host very responsive to a couple questions we had. We will be returning.

The house was very clean and perfect for 3 couples that want king size beds and their own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the pool that was very clean and maintained. You will not be disappointed in this gem !!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is large and accommodated our family well. The host was very responsive in addressing the issues we encountered upon check-in. For example, the main bathroom was not clean from the previous guests and their pile of dirty towels were left for us. Additionally, several of power outlets in the main bedroom were not working, so we were not able to charge our phones nor use the bedside lamps. The host was very responsive to these issues, and they were corrected early during our week-long stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at a great place! We were a group of 8 celebrating my sister's 70th birthday. Tim, our host was so easy to talk to and answered all my questions; believe me, I had plenty! The house was clean, pool was clean, pleanty of towels and other amenities. My one sister uses a wheelchair and there was plenty of space for her to move around. There's one small step into the rental and one small step that leads out to the pool area. Very easy to navigate. Thank you for making our stay easy and stress free.

This house was amazing and accommodating for my party of 8 adults. The house was clean, the pool was amazing. The host was very communicative before, and during the entire stay. The location is surrounded by so many happenings. Whether you uber or have a car the property just worked overall. Thank you to Tim, the Host. 5 stars always start with the host and the hospitality. That made the stay even more comfortable and fun. Definitely recommend this house.

The house was perfect for 7 guys for golf weekend. Pool and hot tub were clean and the kitchen was fully stocked Bedrooms were a perfect size with enough beds Tim was excellent with communication and advertised on VRBO was correct

We love this darling house. We have stayed here twice and plan to come back again. The house is clean, the kitchen is fabulous and the pool is delightful. The best part is that the host responds quickly and pleasantly to any questions we might have. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a week with family for our daughter‘s graduation from Arizona State. This property was perfect. Open spacious floor plan and excellent backyard with pool and fire pit. Plenty of bedrooms and everything was exactly as described. Tim was a very responsive host. 100% recommend.

We loved our stay in Scottsdale. The house was very clean and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. The beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Tim was a fabulous host. He was very easy to work with and wanted to be sure you had the best stay. Tim was very responsive. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be back when I visit the area again!

Six of us stayed here and had a fabulous time!We couldn’t have been happier. Large living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We had a problem with the lock on the front door and Tim was there the next day to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, 101 and was a very quiet neighborhood.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable house, fully stocked. Tim is a great host. Location was perfect for us from the airport, to restaurants and going to spring training games. Would definitely stay here again.

House was in excellent condition. We came and went without any difficulty. Enjoyed some of the basketball playoffs too on tv. Family enjoyed the hot tub.

The pool and hot tub were the star of our stay. A few problems with the hot tub when we arrived, but Tim responded right away and was able to get it fixed quickly. Our biggest issue was the guest casita. This unit was a converted outdoor shed attached to the carport. Inside the small space was a king bed, the washer, dryer and hot water heater. The water heater emanated a gas smell from the pilot light which was very strong and the washer and dryer smelled like detergent. Two of us tried sleeping in there, but it did not work at all and we had to double up with the kids. It really should not be listed as a bedroom. Otherwise the other bedrooms were comfortable and we were very thankful for the portable crib.

Great location. We loved the hot tub. Mattresses were very comfy. This house had everything we needed. Awesome rental… we’ll be back.

A few buddies and I stayed here for a golf trip. We enjoyed the house, backyard, pool, and hot tub. Great Spot!

The owner Tim was very responseful and helpful. We asked if the house had a cooler, (someone had taken it), Tim had a new one there pleasantly within 20 minutes. Great recommendations. The check out list makes the vacation very smooth, enjoy Tim's House versus cleaning for the cleaners. Would highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our golf trip. All the courses were relatively close. A very nice wide open space. Everyone had there own room. We would definitely come back.

Everything was easy, clean, operational. Great convenient location. Tim was responsive and everything was as advertised. Great value and perfect for the four of us getting away for a golf vacation.

The house worked well for our group; however, the cleaning smells were overwhelming on arrival. We left the windows and doors open for most of the first day, which helped. However, the smells in the 'casita' bedroom never did abate. The living room images online did not match the actual layout. There is no carpet or rugs anywhere, and no extra seating in the living room, as depicted online. That might have been compensated with more comfortable seating, if there were cushions on the benches around the dining room table. A few minor updates for the shower heads would help make this an A+ place. The backyard space was great. The backyard had plenty of seats. The whirlpool and pool were wonderful. Lighting at night worked well. Parking and the location worked well for our group to attend and spectate at the 2024 AZ Ironman.

Tim was very accommodating when we arrive in Arizona. The house was beautiful and the entire family enjoyed our time there. The children loved the games that were provided, both inside and outside. We loved the openness in the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a family gathering.

Our second time in this house, perfect again!

First, the owner Tim was super responsive. We had a couple minor issues and they were addressed immediately. The house is comfortable and a good location to Old Town Scottsdale. My only criticism is the pots and pans are a little old and worn and the kitchen could use some tea towels. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

With 2 mains with en suites and a family bathroom, our 3 couples and one toddler had room to spread out and never share a bathroom. Just minutes from Old Scottsdale and close to the 101 loop meant everything was easy to get to.

We were very happy with the home, very clean and perfect accommodations. The pool was very nice with lots of outdoor space. We have stayed in several homes in Arizona and found this to be an excellent value and great location. The owner let us know when the house was ready and was very responsive without being overly communicative.

We spent hours each day in the pool and spa. It warmed up quickly using the heater in the morning and stayed tepid all day! The seating in the spa made it easy to laze about for hours even with elderly family. The house accommodations were more than adequate and it is conveniently located for restaurants and shopping! Overall a great trip!

Tim was AMAZING. This was a last minute booking, just hours and Tim made it happen. We cant thank him enough for being so accommodating.
