PERFECT LOCATION-Walking distance to beach, restaurants, pickleball, activities!

House was great, very clean, and had everything we needed!

This is a beautiful place to gather with friends and family. Well maintained and perfectly located next to town. Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay by the lake.

Nice place

It was everything we were looking for. Close to beach, close to downtown. The pool and pickleball were close. Great location! Host answered all our many questions.

Our family had a great time in “The Gathering Place.” The rooms were large and comfy. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked. It had essentials already there so didn’t have to buy stuff like our last VRBO i.e. dish and washing machine soap, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. Angela was prompt with replies to questions. The beach was a further walk than I thought it would be though but that was not a terrible problem. . Kids loved pickleball courts. We did have some problems making the tv’s work. Couldn’t get basement one to work. Without tech-savvy people would not have made upstarts work. All in all, great place!!!!

Great place, large, comfortable home. Crossing the busy roadvto get to the pool was the only difficulty.

Loved the house and how roomy it was. Very clean and fully stocked.Property had pickle ball and a small splash pad. The only problem we had was we were not able to use the Legacy Beach pool that was advertised in the propery details. That is one reason why we rented this property. When we went over to swim and the pool was closed and hot tub broke. called the number that was given and he told us to find the maintence person. Could never find him. The person we actually talked to said it should be open the next day. It wasn't. The problem we had is that we were never told that it was going to be closed. Had to improvise with the little kids who were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Would definatly stay there again, but would double check on the pool situation.

Still a good location for a ski weekend at Beaver Mtn. Ease of check in and check out appreciated.

Great stay with the family

The house is very large and spacious. The house came with many chairs and a foldable table which we set up by the firepit in the backyard. The flat top grill was great for cooking burgers and hot dogs en masse. There was a PS4 which allowed us to stream subscription services. The pantry was full of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc, which made it easy to cook our own meals. Would recommend. The hot tub at the club house across the street was under maintenance, but the hosts were responsive and agreed to reimburse us appropriately.

It was a perfect location for our family to be together to remember our mother and grandmother. Being able to stay in the same house made it easier for us. The house was just as described and nothing was missing.

We had a large family reunion with 23 people. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had a blast. The water was close. Everything was close we could walk to the water we could walk to the pool we could walk to the pickle ball courts it was just the ideal location. The house was exactly how they said it would be. It was a wonderful experience and we really appreciate it. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice and clean, beautiful bedrooms

Layout of the house was super! Everyone had their own space without being on top of each other. Close access to beach, etc.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Close access to Bear Lake but surprised we had to get across highway to access beach and amenities. Pictures didn’t suggest that issue. Would have liked pillowcases available for the extra pillows and small bars of handsoap for the bathroom shower/tubs. No power cord available for main TV to access Direct TV. Tracer grill did not work.

With so many ages it was good to have a place to please everyone. The Host was especially responsive when I reached out to her with a need. Loved having a pool close by but not on the property.

The house had some problems, but the manager was so nice about them. It was not advertised like it ended up being.
