DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternativeoption is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. -Bunk Room: A cozy retreat featuring a twin over a full bunkbed – ideal for larger groups or families. Secondary TV and living room area are also in this spacious room.
Spacious Kitchen & Bar Area: The open-concept kitchen can accommodate up to 12 guests, making hosting meals and gatherings easy. The bar area with its own refrigerator is perfect for cocktails or unwinding with friends.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
