Perfect Location in Phoenix!!

We loved the house and the pool! We came from Texas where we are used to the heat, but that Phoenix heat hits a little different. Having a pool to cool off in was perfect! Kyla was an AMAZING host, always available to help and answer any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the AC was locked at 74 degrees, so it would get a bit warm at times. Other than this, we were super pleased!! Thank y'all for having us!

The host was responsive and did send someone out to clean the pool, remove some trash, and replace the battery in the lock. However, the property still appeared unprepared for guests, and we continued discovering issues throughout our stay.We have stayed in many short term rental properties and have never experienced this level of cleanliness and maintenance concerns. In fact, two guests in our group chose to book alternate accommodations.Issues we encountered included:• Pool was not clean upon arrival• Dusty blinds throughout the home• Backyard was littered with bottle caps, cigarette butts, and other debris• Grill was dirty with caked-on food and not usable• Used marshmallow skewers left outside• Pool floats were covered in dirt and bird droppings and unusable• Empty water bottles and beer cans left inside decorative vases• Hair, dust, and dirt under beds• Oven mitts were heavily soiled and unusable• Excess trash on arrival, including bags that did not fit in the trash cans• We were asked to take overflow trash to the community dumpster• AC settings were restricted and could not be lowered below the preset temperature. We had to text host when we wanted to change the AC.• We were locked out due to a low battery in the door lock• Rusty nails were present in the backyardOverall, while the host communicated and attempted to address some concerns, the property did not meet the cleanliness and readiness standards we expected for a vacation rental.

House was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat breakfast each day. Located close to stores...and only 15-20 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where we enjoyed many spring training games. Go Mariners!

Really enjoyed the location and the property. Communication was outstanding and we didn't have any issues.

Kayla was very helpful with questions prior to our arrival and very quick to respond. The house was exactly as advertised and I would absolutely stay there again next time I'm in Phoenix!

Well kept house. Very comfortable house. Lots of space to relax inside and out. TVs in all rooms. 3 full baths. Excellent washer and dryer. Owners suite is spacious. Very convenient location. Pricing for length of stay was very good. Owner was very accessible.

Kyla was very prompt in communication! Home was sparkling clean. The queen mattresses did not sleep as comfortably as we would have liked.

Our host was very responsive, including when we locked ourselves out one evening and needed assistance to enter her property.

The host was very understanding and bend over backwards for our needs. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home. The evening atmosphere was perfect—peaceful, cozy, and just what I needed to unwind. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. Whether it was enjoying a quiet dinner or relaxing on the patio as the sun set, everything felt just right. I’d definitely stay here again!

House is in a peaceful neighborhood, great location with lots of nearby gas stations, Walmart, and close to the interstate or has a good alternative route from many areas if you don’t want to use the interstate. Pool is perfect, backyard area is good

Everything you need is there. Plenty of towels. Pool was clean and refreshing. Neighborhood was quiet. Busy road behind house, so can get loud during the day when outside. Thermostat is programmed to not go lower than 74 but there are ceiling fans in every room so it was cool enough.

My family and I had our first ever family get together and it was the best time ever. The home was stocked just the way you would hope it would be. It was clean and full of things to make your stay enjoyable. I would happily rent this home again!

Property was nice. Lots of things for the kids to do, Pool, Pool table, Corn hole boards, firepit.We had issues with not enough toilet paper and paper towel left at the property for 8 people for 5 days. Kyla did bring some more TP, but we still ended up purchasing more TP & paper towels. Kitchen could use some better nonstick pans and not enough mixing/serving bowls if you made sides to serve with meals.The floors were not cleaned well, our whites socks were no longer white. After being there 1 day, I wiped up a sticky spill on the floor with paper towel and the paper towel turned black. Spot wiped a few more areas and the same thing happened. The grandson spilled a pop upstairs and wiped it up with a white towel. The Owner complained that the white towels were soiled, hence dirty floors. The dining room and patio furniture were VERY cheap. Chairs were wobbly. Anyone over 200#'s had to be careful to sit on them. Owner charged me for a broken/chipped chair and soiled towels......Suggestion for owner, buy better quality furniture and make sure your cleaning crew is doing a good job.

The home is lovely and is able to accommodate 10 people, although not all sleeping areas are private. The one piece of constructive criticism I would give is with knowing that large groups are going to be there, have plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee for your guests.

The house has lots of room with all the comfy's of home. Nice big kitchen for cooking in and grills outside. The fire pit made for relaxing evenings. The pool is beautiful and clean but too cold to swim in while we were there.The beds were comfortable, the master was big. Kyla responded to our questions instantly as she has some smart features for the house. The neighborhood was quite, the location is safe and close to lots of shopping. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

The size of the house was great. Super spacious for friends family and get togethers. Had a great fire pit in the chilled weather. Loved the layout of the house and the double living rooms. Good location to the highway and North Phoenix activities. The host was super easy to deal with and communicated quickly.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Place was well kept and close to all basic amenities. We were provided with basic groceries to begin with the very first day which made it easier to adjust. Additionally, the view around it was spectacular. We can definitely revisit this place again .

It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Clean, roomy, and the pool was great. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Communication was immediate and the check in was easy. Location was great for getting around and area was safe.
