    We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely property! The location is unbeatable with convenient access to the beach club, pool, dining options, and shops. The condo was clean, easily accessible, and featured two great porches for meals and relaxation. Welcome box was a special touch and had delicious goodies, coffee and kitchen items - so sweet! Communication with Sanders (management) was exceptional. Highly recommend!

    We rented this place for a long weekend before the kids started back to college. The rental was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Just a really short walk to the pool or beach with a little longer walk down to Seaside. We had a great stay.

    We enjoyed the location. It was right in the heart of Watercolor with just a quick walk across 30A to the Watercolor Beach Club and beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had two good size porches for relaxation and people watching.

    Pros: pretty much as expected; property manager was very quick to resolve an issue early after checking in; living space on decks; easy to use entry pad. Cons: Music noise from the wine restaurant below (every night) sometimes going beyond 10:00 pm and sometimes noise from 30A out front; no instructions for using any of the TVs; no coffee filters; kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it should be for that price range (only a mini cocktail shaker, rubber handles coming off hand- held juicer, no scissors, etc.); no Kleenex box. Better communication in advance would be helpful (e.g., to identify the bikes allocated to the unit without having to contact management, to know what kind of coffee maker is there, and what other supplies might be needed). Overall it’s a nice unit and conveniently located to the beach, pools, and Watercolor Inn, but again, noise from below and from street can be an issue.

    This is a very beautifully decorated condo! So lovely! We came in June... a busy time at Watercolor. The cars and traffic on 30A below were noisy at times, but we did not mind it. We wanted to be close to the beach and pool. So traffic noise comes with that convenience.

    The place is the perfect location overlooking Hwy 30A and across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club. We rode the provided bikes everywhere. It's a corner condo with balconies on two sides. We used them both. Relaxing. One small thing that showed us how much care they put into prepping for guests is that the kitchen drawers were exceptionally organized. The utensils were all lying straight. The measuring cups and spoons were stacked perfectly. The rest of the place was likewise spotless. We plan to rent it again for our next anniversary. It is beautiful inside. One
