5 stars across the board! Jenny was very kind and communicative host. Only 14 minutes from downtown Tampa. The studio was incredibly clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom with shampoo, and wash. I didn’t need to request anything because it already had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning!

This location is very intimate and cozy. My husband and I loved it! It was very close to our event and there were many options for food around. There was even a beauty supply store nearby (for the ladies who love last minute finds while on vacation, like me!). It was very clean and exactly what we needed for our short stay.

Noisy neighborhood, a lot of construction going on. Working from place was a bit difficult But it is clean convenient place for one person.

The place was great . The parking was good . It was clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Parking, cleanliness, and host were perfect. Love the bathroom and quaint decor. Unfortunately the shops and plazas were 3 to 4 miles away and Busch Gardens was 30 minutes away to the North.

Great location. Very clean. A bit small but the Price is Right. Great communication and easy to find.

Studio was clean and charming. Host communicated prior to my arrival. Quiet area although we were gone most of the day at my husbands softball tournament. Bed was comfortable! Water wasnt hot enough to my liking but i also understand the safety precautions. I would recommend getting a luggage rack for the studio, but we were able to make do with the 2 available chairs. Thankful for the space heater and extra blanket cause it was COLD/FREEZING. temps was in the 30s and 40s in FLORIDA

Neighborhood environment is rather friendly seeming; it is family oriented, with several families and kids around as well as a plentiful number of trees around neighborhood. Parking is fine for 1-2 vehicles in a single-lined space in front of open-gate entrance. Side patio is rather comfortable mainly due to appearance. Internal environment is welcoming and cozy; the bathroom is spacious in size as well as storage space and the shower/toilet are both adequate. The kitchen gives you enough space for small meal preparations or general quick-storage but lacks cleaning items (e.g., sanitary wipes, dish sponges). The bedroom is part of the kitchen and is spacious enough for luggage or minor exercises. Unfortunately, host or else-who were intermittently playing loud instruments—although the walls had dampened the volume enough for comforting enough sleep…. Overall however, the stay was pleasant… just be wary of night-time activities; and stores seemed to be moderately distanced apart from a nearby corner store.
