Perfect Location! 5 Star Property. Family Friendly.

Love this place — beautiful, comfortable, and family-friendly. It was our family’s third stay here, and it was as wonderful as ever. Since we have little kids, I especially appreciate the kid-friendly touches like blackout shades, sound machines, bathroom step stool, kid-size silverware, booster seat, and beach toys. Can’t wait to return next year.

We had a great stay at this house and were very comfortable. The next time we’re in Rockport we’ll be back!

This was a wonderful thought out house rental for family beach vacation. Everything you could need was provided!

Everything you need for a relaxing visit to Rockport. Easy access to nearby restaurants and groceries. Flowers Shrimp Market on Church St is nearby as well as Rockport Beach. Our host, responded quickly to questions we had and answered them completely. The house is roomy. Beds very comfortable. All the utensils you need for to prepare a feast. Sunshine Cottage did not disappoint.

Roger communicated everything well and answered questions quickly. Check in was simple and house was ready when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with everything but the food. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, cleaning items were available. Beach items (towels, wagon, kids toys, chairs) were supplied. Check out was simple, basic cleanup , leave dirty linens out, run the dishwasher. Absolutely loved the house and could easily see 2 sets of adults and 2-4 kids staying here. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is that the local beach is perfect for families with young children, shallow with small, if any, waves. My wife want's to listen to the waves so in the future we will probably stay in Port Aransas.

We had an amazing time here my family loved it the house had everything we needed even beach items like chairs and beach toys for my grandkids..I would definitely recommend it and hopefully we can stay again..perfect spot!!

Great location, close to the Rockport & Aransas beaches & Corpus Christie. We enjoyed both beaches & The Texas State Aquarium. The Sunshine Cottage was our home away from home for a week. We crafted, played games, & loved our time there as a family.

We loved this house and will definitely be back. Location is great for fishing, shopping, and more. Only complaint would be that the fridge and freezer smell “fishy” but I guess that’s to be expected in a fishing town. I bought baking soda to try to freshen it up but no luck.

This place was perfect! The host thought of everything! Literally! Beach toys, towels, chairs, gear - all available so no need to waste car space bringing your own. So many games for kids of all ages. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, large dining table, lots of seating, soft towels…. The location was perfect also. I can’t wait to visit again!

We spent 2 months in Rockport. The house met all our needs. The location was ideal for our needs. We found the house very comfortableWe were so glad to be about a block from the bay.Our host Roger was very easy to contact for questions. Getting into the house was easy. Checkout was simple.Would recommend the house for family use. It was in a safe peaceful area of Rockport. Will stay again.

House was perfect, little more than we needed, wife and mother unable to come due to illness. Planning to go back would love to have same house. Location was perfect

This was the perfect house for a family, everything you could possibly need was provided for. It was beautifully clean and comfortable. Perfect location for everything from shopping and dining, to fishing. 5 STARS!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, great home. There was ample space for our group. The cleanliness of the property was top knotch. The beds were comfortable. Looking forward to another trip soon.
