This tranquil townhome was just updated and has a California spa vibe. It's light, bright and luxurious. There is very comfortable seating in the family room which extends to the outdoors to enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda in the morning sun. The Smart TV is over the gas fireplace, perfectly placed for chilling out. The kitchen has very high end appliances, Wolf gas stove, SubZero refrigerator, pour over Chemex or french press for great coffee, and stone countertops. We've providedmost everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. You'll have a private and cozy deck for eating outside or reading in comfortable armchairs. Upstairs, we purchased high end mattresses, so you'll get a great night sleep with light down comforters, comfortable pillows and plenty of clothes storage. You'll have two full bathrooms with great water pressure and to keep you healthy, we've installed a water purification system all over the house to soften the water in your shower and a separate one for the kitchen sink for ionized ph balanced and delicious tasting water. Even the ice maker is connected to the water purification system! The grounds are lush with mature tropical plants, the pool is heated to 82 degrees with a near by hot tub, and there are tennis courts if you want to bring your racket!
