We had such a wonderful stay at this charming house in the Sunapee area. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. It was the perfectly peaceful, welcoming setting for quality family time.The location was ideal since it was close to the lake, hiking trails, and some great local spots, while also being tucked away enough to feel like a real escape. The hosts were responsive and kind, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

Came up for our annual golf trip, house was great! Plenty of room for our group. The house had everything we needed, just wish we had better weather to take advantage of the outdoor setup. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice peaceful getaway.

This a fantastic rental. Located close to Mount Sunapee. It has a large cozy living room. A spacious kitche3n well stocked with cooking equipment,. Plenty of beds. The pond out front looks a like a great place to have fire in the warmer weather. The Hosts Julie and Derek couldn't be more helpful and hospitable. .

We came to stay as a group of 6 adults and 3 children for a weekend of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for the weekend. The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it.

We had such a great visit with our extended family. So easy to get to the slopes, room for all of us, fantastically well set up kitchen with a full range of organic spices. Lovely glass front woodstove for sitting around the fire.

We had three families for a long weekend and this house was perfect. Two levels with bathrooms and beds allowed everyone space to spread out and relax. The house is a three minute drive to Mt Sunapee. The owners were attentive and even accommodated a slightly late check out for a car that had to be towed. All ages enjoyed the stay.spread out. close restaurants.

To a person (ages 9-80) we all were very happy with your Lovely vacation home. The space is conducive to being alone or all together, it truly does not show as well online as it is in person. The one mile drive to Mt Sunapee could not be better. Everyone is looking forward to a future trip there. blessings to you in 2025

The hosts were extremely communicative and beyond helpful for our stay. We let them know that we were staying and planning on using the VRBO for getting ready for my wedding on the weekend. I appreciate their communication and the layout of the home. Their directions and tips were very helpful and made the stay very helpful. Thank you all so much - this was one of the least stressful parts about my wedding.

The hosts made our stay as easy as possible. The place was well stocked, clean, and perfect for our stay!

We had 2 family members including 4 grandkids. Loved the location as we could go pick blueberries, go fly fishing every day and had games in the house and outside. All of us were happy. Thank you! Hope you found the hoouse in order after we left!!!!

We had a family getaway with my parents. There were 12 of us and we couldn’t have been happier with the property. The upstairs of the house was great for my parents, my brother and me. The lower level was perfect for the grandchildren. We had great weather and made good use of the large front yard. The house and kitchen were perfectly stocked with anything you could have asked for. We were not crowded at all and we all slept comfortably. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that I had leading up to the trip. We spent our days at the private beach that we had a pass to. We had an amazing 3 night stay!!

We enjoyed our weekend stay - the kitchen is well-appointed and the yard is nice to spend time in.
