Perfect House to Enjoy Family & Friends!

This was a wonderful house for a bachelorette! It felt bigger than what the photos showed, there was so much room for everyone. The pool was awesome and close to town & everything we needed. Thanks Christine!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Christine helped save our Cape Cod vacation and was very accommodating. The home is absolutely beautiful and includes everything you would need/visualize for a Chatham vacation home. Gorgeous pool, clean, and close to all Chatham activities. The attached guest house was also perfect for our party size. Hope to be back soon!

My family had a great time in Chatham! Plenty of space for everyone and we loved having the pool in the backyard! Would highly recommend!

We loved the house and location and would definitely stay here again! The check in process was very easy. We had requested an earlier check in time due to the ages of my parents (87 and 90) and we were able to get in an hour early which was very helpful! We found that we needed to run all the silverware, some dishes and other cooking utensils thru the dishwasher before using; some were dirty as we took them out to be used. Some of the drawers in the kitchen were dirty so we cleaned those before putting things back in. Be informed that there is no table to eat at in the separate apartment. There was a desk with a chair so, until my mom made us aware, she was standing to eat her breakfast each morning while my dad sat- we found a chair in the garage and brought it in for the rest of the week; problem solved. Also be advised there is not a closet in the one upstairs bedroom in case that is important to you. There was a tv in the downstairs bedroom but no remote. The pool was amazing; we used it every day! The outdoor table and legs of the chairs were quite dirty but easily cleaned with Clorox wipes. The grounds were beautiful! Each morning a turkey and her two chicks wandered by. The sun porch was one of my favorite parts of the house-after opening a few windows each evening there was a nice breeze; it was a very relaxing space to hang out in. The location of the house was perfect-so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go! We hope to be back in the future!! Thanks!

The house was perfect! There was so much room for the entire group, all the spaces were so clean and comfortable, and the pool and whole outdoor space were perfect for our group. We loved the location and it was a super easy drive to town, beach, and activities.

The property is beautiful with a terrific outdoor space. A quick drive to downtown Chatham. Would recommend to anyone.

The perfect house to enjoy my bachelorette weekend! The pool/yard area is by far the best feature but we also loved how private the house felt and how clean everything was. There were very minor maintenance things (e.g., stove in main house wasn't working) but nothing that wasn't communicated in the days leading up to our stay. Christine was wonderful and I'd absolutely stay here again!

Christine was an excellent host! She was easy to get ahold of, and answered our questions. The house was beautiful, super spacious and would be great for two families staying with the guest house setup. The pool was our favorite, such a nice set up and perfect location in Chatham for our girls weekend. Thank you!
