Perfect house for your dream vacation

Great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nicely renovated bungalow! The layout of the 3-bedroom home was perfect, modernly decorated, and beautifully restored 100 year old hardwood floors. The back yard was gorgeous with a large in-ground saltwater swimming pool. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. We look forward to future stays at this property - highly recommended.

This is a quiet neighborhood within close driving distance to everywhere you want to be. Ben and Lida are great hosts , very friendly. Comfortable bed, front room and kitchen area. Walk out to the pool in the morning and take a wake up swim. Solid fence around the yard kept our dog safe. Not all properties are what they say; this one is. GR

We had a fun time in this nice house!

Our family stayed here for 4 months while our home was being renovated. It will be hard to leave. Largest neighborhood on the island, friendly and dog park is right up the street. Fenced in yard, great for BBQs with amazing pool. Leda was a consummate host, always available to answer questions. Would recommend property!

Stayed here for a month for a summer get away. The pool was wonderful, the place was clean, garbage pick up 2 x per week. The beach is 5 min walk, one street directly to entrance. The beach was just the right amount of people and there is a clean and friendly beach bar. Leda responds right away with any questions. There are restaurants within walking distance and Walgreens too, which was convenient. I hope to rent here again someday.

My family and I stayed at this house for a month this winter and we loved it. The house is clean, well maintained and has everything you could need. It’s a quick 4 min. walk to the beach as well as close to shopping and great restaurants. The pool and patio area are an amazing addition to this house. Tons of privacy. The owners are super nice and easy to work with. If I needed anything, they responded immediately. I would love to come back to this property again. We had an amazing trip and so glad we chose this property over the others we were looking at. Thank you!

I'm not big on writing reviews, but this place was great! I've stayed at many rentals all over Florida for over 30 years, and this was by far my favorite one. The owners, Leda and Ben, were just wonderful to work with! I just returned from a 7 week stay at their lovely house, and had such a beautiful, fun, relaxing, and worry-free visit. Leda was.so kind and considerate, about every little detail of our stay. Her response to questions was always very quick and complete, both before and after my arrival. She was so generous and accommodating, when I had a last minute issue with my own plans. Anything I contacted.her about was delt with quickly and consistently. You can tell she is very conscientious and truly wants her guests to have the best and most relaxing stay possible. She was simply lovely and so pleasant to work with. She made everything perfect, and.completely worry-free for her guests! The house itself was perfect for an adult family or a young family with plenty of room, and all the needed accessories for a wonderful short or longer, stay. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were sizable with all the accessories needed. The kitchen was great with a very nice fridge and all the cooking and dining tools needed. But our favorite place favorite place was the fabulous backyard oasis. The immaculately kept private pool was huge and perfectly located, with lots of pool toys, lounge chairs with side tables, a large gas grill, and a big, family-sizse outdoor dining table with comfy chairs and a big canopy umbrella. The location is perfect, and in a small, quite, safe neighborhood that's only a 5 minute walk to a.nice access to the beautiful beach. All beach gear is provided, including a cart to carry everything, for the short walks to the beach. You're within easy walking distance from restaurants, pubs, Walgreens, Publix and lots of shops. We rarely used the car. We could not have asked for anything more... But if we did, Leda would have had it there immediately! She is a gem! Take it from a well traveled, seasoned renter: this is the best place to stay! I've already planned a trip back in the near future, and I can hardly wait. It's the perfect place to stay, and the gracious owners truly make you feel welcome, comfortable, and at home there. Thank you to Leda and Ben, for the best beach, home-away-from-home! We really enjoyed our stay here. The convenience and access to the beach is amazing. The neighborhood itself is nice and friendly. The house is amazing and the pool is great.

Everything went smoothly from booking to checking out. The entire house is actually nicer than in the pictures! We had a great time and the host and her local manager were always there to make of our stay an excellent experience. Highly recommended and we will be back!!
