Perfect Holiday Beach Home with private Pool, Pets welcome and stay Free

The perfect place to relax and enjoy Tampa Bay. Very pretty house and garden, you can see that the owners put in lots of effort to make you feel home. They checked with us regularly if we needed something.

The house, the pool out back (morning wake-up), the back deck: all made for a comfortable place to call home. Kitchen, baths, furnishings all worked for us. 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to public tennis courts in the park. Nice size park to walk our dog. Good restaurants, food & drug stores 10 minutes away by car. This is a small nearly-island neighborhood of houses, mostly surrounded by water & docks, so it is quiet & seems far away from the traffic & congestion of Gulf Avenue. But you can be on Gulf in a minute, or driving towards downtown St Pete in less than that. We’ve been coming to PAG for 14 years, pre & post retirement; this is the best location we’ve found. We found our host Dave to be responsive and friendly, enjoyable to talk with, and trustworthy. We don’t hesitate to recommend him and his properties. We had a great time, as did a few guests during our stay.

The property location was excellent. The pool and outside amenities were great. Appreciated having new towels in bathrooms and for pool use. House was old and poorly maintained i.e. mismatched furniture, occasional chairs at dining room table that were too low for proper sitting, multi type interior doors either varnished or painted (none coordinated), no teaspoons and other cutlery was very cheap. Very dated bathroom facilities resulted in having to contact property manager about poor drainage of bathtub and toilet leaking in main bathroom.

Dave is an excellent host, he answered any questions we had immediately.We stayed at his rental for 2 months and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is exactly as it’s pictured and the neighborhood is beautiful.Would definitely recommend it.

The place was good. Close to restaurants and had everything you need. Dave is a great host. The only thing the pool was cold so we didn’t get to use it much

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach by the Don, great living room, dining area, and outdoor space. I liked that it was managed by the owner himself versus a large management company. This made it much more personable and easy to work with. Bathrooms were a little dated, but still very clean and I definitely understand that is to be expected with an older home on the beach. We also enjoyed having the amenities like wagon, beach chairs/supplies, propane for the grill and fire table, and kitchen essentials!

We could not have felt more at home if we tried. Not the Taj Mahal so that's what you're looking for, don't stay here If you are looking for a very comfortable, family oriented, clean, well maintained, well located, well stocked, fun property with a great pool area than this is your destination! Owner was great in terms of communications. We felt so comfortable here and although we did spend a lot of time in the pool, the rest of the house was just nice to be in. Lots of thoughtful chairs, beach toys and floaties provided (we left ours there too!) Close to everything. Beautiful beach area right down the street. If you have the opportunity to rent this place do it in a heartbeat.

Location Location Location!!! Absolutely the best location in St Pete/ Pass-a-Grille area. Well seasoned florida home with all the amenities one needs. Great pool. Home setting in quiet neighborhood but also just steps away from beach. Close to restaurants, groceries etc. Dave knows how to host! Excellent communication and attentive to every detail to ensure a resourceful and relaxing stay. We will be back!!

Dave was always in great communication with us the whole stay. He was easily accessible if any questions or concerns came up. I would highly recommend this property & owner & also would use him again in the future!
