Perfect for Families,Steps to the Beach W/Parking!

The location was great! The room was perfect for us. We did ask for the first floor room to be made into a king bed, which was listed as an option. It was not done, even after I called to make sure it they saw the request. The came out the next day to make it into a king. All they did was push the beds together and put a package of new sheets on the bed for us to make up. The furniture was dirty and old and It smelled. The comforters smelled. The carpets were dirty. The kitchen and fridge was dirty.

Perfect place for grand parents and grandchildren! Close to the beach, large space for eating, games, visiting. Lots of beach toys and close to the fun! Host was engaged. Beds very comfortable! Loved the downstairs quiet apartment plus the loft for quiet time. Lots of tvs and fans. Loaded kitchen supplies. Check out responsibilities easy. Parking for us worked out..two small suvs plus street side was avaialable too. Will return for sure

Very impressed with this home, perfect for our family of 9. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The only problem we had was the jetted tub was no working.

Perfect location to beach and bay. Lots of beach toys and equipment. Lots of room for family from 6 to 78. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Not good if you can’t climb stairs. House is on 3 levels. We all had a great time.

This house is in a great location and has a very well stocked garage with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. all that you would need! We did have an accident in the house. There is a brick step down living room with no barriers or warning of any sort. We moved the furniture to minimize any issues, but one family member accidentally fell into the living room injured her thigh and broke two bones. I would not recommend this house for this reason. House was very well equipped - from kitchen to beach toys. Enjoyed bikes - plenty of seating, ice, fans etc…. Parking is a challenge - couldn’t really figure out how to put 2 minivans in the garage, and the outdoor spot was also very tight.

We had such a great week at this beach house! Our married kids came, we had room for everyone. We played in the sun, watched sunsets, relaxed and ate well!!! Thanks for housing us while we made memories!!!

My family enjoyed their stay. The bathrooms were clean. Overall home clean though I do recommend the cleaning staff dust/clean all portable fans. Also, flies were a problem due to a broken lid on kitchen trash can. Refrigerator and cabinets could have used a better wipe down as well. Well stocked kitchen tools and cookware. BBQ needed help starting manually and started on fire with grease on it. Should be cleaned. The home had great beach equipment such as chairs, bikes, umbrellas, toys etc. The location was perfect. Beach area clean and away from noisy public areas. All bedrooms had TVs and accommodation for multiple couples in my family comfortable.

I have stayed at many VBRO'S before but this is the first time I felt the need to write a review. This house is perfect. Great location between the ocean and bay. The house is loaded with anything you will possibly need. A huge added bonus, ALL the beds are extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Great room area is perfect for large groups to converge (we had 3 families with kids of ALL ages), plenty of space for everyone to hang out together and the loft area with 2 full futons great for teens to sleep/hang. Beds were very comfortable (TVs in all rooms and loft/living room) and the included amenities were amazing. 5 beach cruisers with locks, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, beach toys, mats, beach towels, umbrellas, 10+ beach chairs, are ins of coolers, and the list goes on. Tons of bath towels and bed linens, 2 full size fridges and 2 beverage fridges, lots of games, tv choices, WiFi, kitchen well stocked….just bring your suit and toiletries! Bathrooms a little odd, 3 of them, but all you have to walk through a bedroom to access. Good location with just 2 short beach blocks to access ocean, pizza/Mexican/southern restaurants walking distance as well as markets and more. I would definitely stay here again.
