Everything was as stated in the descriptions, owner was very easy to work with and responsive. Great location and an enjoyable experience.

We had a great stay at James home! There were 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was an ideal location for crabbing.

The property was exactly as described. The grounds were well taken care of and beautifully manicured. We did feel like we were retreating from life for a few days as the home and surroundings are so beautiful. Thank you to our host for being so kind, understanding and prompt in any communication that we had with him.

This was our second time to spend a week here with family. This property is a real gem. Lots of room for large families or groups. Lots of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked if you are planning on cooking. The host is very helpful.

The property was terrific, and the photos don’t do it justice! It’s conveniently close to Cape Lookout, and the house has a very private and secluded feel, even though it’s not too far off the road. It was clean, and the owner was easy to work with.

The grounds are out-of-this-world magical, totally unexpected and really the highlight of this stay. The house is large and provides ample bathrooms for all. Gorgeous views of the bay from the second floor and foyer. Kind and communicative host. We enjoyed it very much.

This home is lovely! The grounds are unbelievably gorgeous. The home is comfortable, cozy, and perfect for a family or friends getaway. The location is perfect - minutes from Tillamook, Netarts, Cape Lookout. The owner and local manager super easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return!

This is an amazing property. We have stayed at many different properties from Cannon Beach to Netarts area. This is the nicest and best equipped home we have had the pleasure of staying in. It is great for family get togethers. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready to cook for a family. The beds were wonderful. The yard is amazing, lots of birds, rabbits, and two deer. This is a very quiet, private property.

The house is spacious and comfortable. We cooked and ate and hung out. We even had great sunny weather!

This home is located in a beautiful location near Netarts Bay. The grounds are well maintained with two small trails and a fun ladder ball court. 10 minute drive to the beach and about 20 minutes to the Tillamook cheese factory. Unfortunately, it appears the bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks have not been cleaned in between tenants. We found dried shampoo on the shower floor, mildew, and mold along the grout of the showers and sinks. I did notify the property owner and they said it has been hard for them to get good help with cleaning it. Given the price for this property I would have expected it to be clean. Overall it's a great property, but for the price I expected it to be clean.

What a wonderful place to stay. Property was quiet and isolated allowing for kids to enjoy the outdoor space. Had everything that you could want in a stay on the coast. Had a nice trail with a guide book and posted stopping points. Wildlife was everywhere and large decks in front and back for viewing. Short drive to state beaches and close to town.

Home was clean and accommodated our group well. The property was beautiful and included a cute woodland path to explore.

Wow - what an amazing property. We had a great time. Ten of us stayed four nights with others coming for a night. This was the most stocked house we have ever stayed at, which to say we over packed. The 2nd fridge and additional tables and chairs came in handy as we set up game tables in the garage and kept the fun going all weekend. We would definitely stay again. Reading the past reviews, some things we brought along came in handy, mattress pads. We bought some cheap ones on Amazon worth the buy as the beds are firm. We did a lot of outdoor games and the mosquitoes do enjoy the thick grass and wonder landscape, so bring bug spray. Other than that everything else you might have forgotten and/or want to do is 15 minutes away in Netarts or Tillamook. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Relaxing and plenty of room for family

So fun for families. Everything is well stocked. Close to beaches, activities. Beautiful landscaping and private walking trails. Tons of room for lots of different ages.

Fantastic property and house. The layout is ideal for a large or extended family. Great location and well kept property. Communication with the host was top notch and looking forward to booking again for next year.
