Perfect Family Home- Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard

We had a wonderful stay! The home itself was beautiful, clean, and the owner was extremely responsive throughout our trip. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to Circuit Avenue, bike everywhere, and took the bus as well. So convenient!The Wi-Fi connectivity was great. We were able to work in the backyard. The lighting was awesome as was the deck.One of our challenges was the lack of closet space and way too many spiders in the basement. The dishes were beautiful but there was no pantry space, which made food cooking adults. That being said, it looked like a phenomenal space for families with young children. So many games, PlayStation, small tables, chairs.And of course a spacious outdoor shower is always a win!

This house was perfect for my 10 Person family. It is spacious with a huge basement for the kids to sleep, recreate, and enjoy. The backyard was perfect for outside eating as well as taking meetings. The house is located very close to all of the happenings on Circuit Avenue as well as Inkwell beach and Farmneck. It’s an easy drive to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. If you’re looking for someplace that is both quiet and convenient, this is the place.Very close to all the action with nice places to walk and enjoy. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and flexible. I would stay here again and again.

The kitchen was well equipped and the home and outdoor space was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and took the time to address some tv concerns

This was a great place for us to relax after a hard days work. Much better to have a home away from home than three weeks in a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication prior to arrival with the owner was great. Check in was easy. The location was good enough for walking into town or a short drive. No fault of the owner but we didn’t use the basement as it was pretty humid and there were a lot of spiders. The teens ended up sleeping upstairs. Overall the house and location were good.

My small family of 3 (spouse and 2 year old) had a wonderful stay at Marc’s house. The house is very comfortable, filled with toys and games for kiddos and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is just outside of what I would consider the “downtown” part of OB, which was great for us as we prefer to not be squarely in the middle of all the action. But it was all just a quick bike ride away. We didn’t use much of the basement at all, other than to do laundry, so can’t really comment on that other than to say it was a large finished space. Overall, we had a great stay and we are hoping to stay at Marc’s house again in the future.

Very enjoyable

We appreciated the location of Marc's home relative to Oak Bluffs, the lagoon down the street, and to thoroughfares enabling travel to all the different towns. The home was nicely equipped and offered good space for us and our kids. While different from our previous rental experiences on VRBO, Marc was clearly communicative in advance about the need to bring one's own linens, towels and paper goods.
