Perfect Family Getaway Beach House

Stayed for 2 months. Quiet area of NSB and loved having just one block to beach. Host was extremely responsive and was great to work with.

Everything worked great easy access and just far enough off the beaten path that it’s quiet. Great family vacation spot!

This is a really beautiful home that is located within short walking distance from the beach. The home is very cozy! On our first day we had an issue with the A/C, however, the owner was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Overall this is a great beach house and an excellent value at it’s price! We will look to stay here again on future NSB trips! Also the stairs aren’t very steep at all!

Great home and we loved how close it was to the beach. We grilled out, enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and enjoying family time. The master bed was a bit stiff, but the other beds were enjoyed by the kids. We didn’t realize the coffee maker was a Keurig and we had brought coffee from home, but thankful there were some cups were could use. The communication was SO great and much appreciated!

The proximity to this area is perfect. The Host was great in meeting our needs. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property for 4th of July week. We enjoyed that the manager thought of everything we would need. It was just like being at home. The walk to the beach was quick, and we were down there everyday. It was such a quiet location, we got to see all kinds of wildlife on the beach. At the house the beds were comfortable, it was stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, and beach supplies. The grill was in need of some love, and we had to unfreeze the ice maker that had developed a block of ice, but that was no big deal. Location was close to the grocery store, paddleboard rental, local restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The property is located conveniently close to the beach walk over. We had many family members staying in the area including young grandchildren and did not feel comfortable with the stairs. We did not think about that before booking. I do feel the house could have been a bit cleaner especially the patio furniture. Shannon was great and responded immediately to all communications.

Shannon was great, she allowed us to be a little flexible with the check in and out process. The property was in the perfect spot to walk to the beach.
