Perfect family getaway, 2 Golf Carts, Game Room, Fountain View

House was very clean and rooms were very large. I loved the availabilities of stations on the tv. Host was very easy to contact and very hospitable!!! Hope to rent with you again in the near future!!!

This place was great. So many things were supplied to make our stay pleasant. Lots of turtles in the pond in the backyard that entertained the children. Well stocked kitchen and big enough that everyone had their own space. Lots to do with golf cart rides, pool and beach. The carts were great getting to and from the beach. The DeRockers were very easy to work with

We loved this property! There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. The golf carts were a great addition to this rental, making it easy to get to all the amenities. We enjoyed all the turtles, swans, and geese as well. Great vacation!

The house was so much fun. It already had board games, puzzels, cards, cornhole, and everything you needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was big enough for our family and the hoat was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately.

The house was everything we needed and more. We are a family of 11, we had plenty of space to be together and plenty to separate. The AC worked amazingly. Plenty of cooking items. The beds were on the firm side, but comfy. LOVED the pools and splash pad. So thankful for the golf carts because the beach is quite a distance away. I would give it an 11 out of 10! Highly recommend.

House was perfect for family. Golf carts with rental were excellent for getting around. Pools and beach parking can be very busy, beach lot was full Sunday and was only available for dropping people off. Overall a great family trip. Owner was great with communication, and questions and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property.

The house and the owners were absolutely amazing! Marsha was timely with responses to all of our questions and the house was perfect for our larger family. Oceanside village as a whole however is not my favorite. We found some of the staff very rude and the process to get checked in was a huge headache.

This house was perfect! It has three levels. The bottom floor is pretty much its own apartment that includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room that leads to the outside. The main floor has its own kitchen and two and a half baths, and the top floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom. The home itself was very accommodating and if you forgot to bring any fun stuff along for the beach, the garage probably has it! There were lots of board games and puzzles. Our host was amazing and quickly responded to any questions. The location was prime since you could drive a golf cart ti the beach and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Instead of a big family celebration we opted for a family trip with 3 families. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean & comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances. Communication with the owner was very good. One of the golf carts wasn’t working but she gave us a refund for that minor inconvenience. The resort has a nice indoor pool & tennis & pickleball courts. Would definitely recommend.

We had a blast over Labor Day Weekend. The house was great. Our family loved the room that the house provided. We also loved the golf carts that were provided to ride to pool and beach. The pictures do not do the house justice. Marsha, the owner was very responsive. No complaints! We will definitely book again soon.

THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING. THE GRANDKIDS LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE FISHING BEHIND THE HOUSE, THE TURTLES, THE POOL AND SPLASH PAD, AND OF COURSE THE BEACH. HAVING THE 2 GOLF CARTS WAS A BIG PLUS AS BRINGING A CAR TO THE BEACH PARKING LOT IS HARD IF YOU DONT' GET THERE WAY EARLY. WE HAD A PROPOSAL AND A 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY WHILE THERE. THEY SUPPLIED BEACH CHAIRS, TOYS AND TOWELS, ALL OF WHICH GOT USED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR ANY FAMILY. MARSHA WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND WITH ANY QUESTIONS, EVEN WHEN WE LOST INTERNET BECAUSE MY SIL UNPLUGGED THE CONNECTION TO IRON HIS PANTS!! IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY AND WE ARE PLANNING ON GOING BACK NEXT YEAR FOR A WEDDING. WE STAYED IN THE COMMUNITY THE WHOLE TIME AND COOKED ALL MEALS THERE. PLENTY OF DISHES, POTS AND PANS OF EVERY SIZE AND THE CROCK POT WAS A PLUS. THANKS MARSHA FOR EVERYTHING.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Would definitely visit again.

Our host Marsha was very quick to respond to me with questions that I had upon arriving to the house. There were 13 of us, 5 children and 8 adults staying at the house and it couldn't have been more perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the screened deck where we could watch the swan family and see the fountain We had fun driving the golf carts and we loved that we could take them to the beach, park, and pool. there were plenty of beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. The only thing that we a little inconvenient was when we arrived we had to put the sheets on all the beds. I also wish we had a few more shower towels. That being said, I would defiantly not let that stop me from staying her again if we come back. we s
