Perfect Family Beach Getaway House with Private Pool

The house was perfect for our family! All of the bedrooms are furnished with very nice furniture. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware and storage containers! The location of this house is great! You are one short block from the beach. The pool and pool area are very comfortable. The only negative I would say about this house is the pillows in the bedrooms. They are very firm. This can be solved by bringing your own or if the owners would want to purchase some that are not quite as full and firm.This is definitely a great house for a beach vacation!

Checked in at 2pm which is super nice vs 4pm like most houses! House was the perfect size and basically second row.

We loved this house and everything that came with it! We had a great vacation. One of my favorite features is the fact that the house sits in the shade of the morning sun so we enjoyed the front porch every single morning with coffee!! The houses across the street sit in full sun in the morning. The walk to the beach is so easy and close. The pool was perfect for us all! We would definitely stay at this house again!!

This property is beautiful. It’s a perfect distance to the beach. Very easy walk and access. Pool is perfect and there’s an overhang with furniture that’s shaded. Owner responded to any questions and his office person (Shiela) helped with linens, etc. Honestly perfect vacation. Thank you…..hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Communication with owner was easy, no issues with information being given and questions were quickly answered. The house is nice and clean with some lovely artwork. The kitchen is very well equipped, even with plates, cups and bowls for the small kids, which is always a plus for us. We brought our own linens so I can't comment on what getting them from the service is like. Plenty of rocking chairs on the porches, a picnic table near the grills, chairs and sofa by the pool and plenty of parking. 2 min walk to beach, if that. Our favorite ice cream shop and parks are near, easily accessible by golf cart. The owner left pool toys and there were a few beach chairs as well, though a couple of those have seen better days. The only negatives I have regarding the house are that the downstairs king bed is very firm. Too firm for us. I would double check that the pool heater is on before you arrive. We had a couple of instances with loud neighbors, but overall, it was very quiet. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!

The property was great. It was clean and had all the pots/pans/plates/silverware needed. The pool was also clean and very useful as our week had beach issues on some days. The walk there was quite short. The owner was very responsive to any needs. A great stay for us.

We just returned from our Family vacation last week and we couldn't have asked for a better anything. The house was clean and well kept, the beach access was a 2 minute walk down the street and the beach was awesome. The house sits on a quiet corner in a residential community. You will see more golf carts than cars pass by, makes for good people watching while sitting on either of the decks or the swing. The ocean water in early August was warm and you are able to go out pretty far before it gets deeper. Perfect for boogie boarding, which we did a ton, or just relaxing. The house has a small in ground pool that is kept clean throughout the week. We tended to use this more at night since the beach was so perfect. You are close enough to attractions to do or eat anything you want or do nothing at all but go to the beach and grill out like we did. I did not need to contact the owners at all during our stay as there were no issues but they were very responsive with any questions I had prior to the trip. I would 100% book this vacation again.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had! Great house and spacious enough for our family of 8. The house was super clean. The photos on here don’t do it justice. The area felt safe and family friendly. The beach was so close, and we rented golf carts to get around to anything we needed. The only bad (but tolerable) things would be how uncomfortable the beds were and that the pool light inside the pool didn’t work. That’s a must when you have children swimming. There were pool toys already there and beach chairs to use! We plan on returning to Surf Side soon!!
