We just loved this place! Totally authentic. Totally centric, yet on a totally quiet residential block. Super comfortable, great kitchen, cozy working fireplace. Outdoor space in front for dining al fresco and in back for BBQ/relaxing. Host is awesome. This is now our new go-to spot in Santa Fe!

The property was centrally located and close to many museums and restaurants. This property was a beautiful home, great space for a large group, home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We would highly recommend this home for others. We had a very comfortable and enjoyablestay.

Everything was excellent, except should fix the lockbox so it works more easily. Trash cans too big to get thru the door! But loved the place. Skylights are a plus.

This property was great for 5 women, lots of individual beds and 2 shared bathrooms. The location was convenient and close in. The kitchen had most of what we needed but could use more spoons and a few sharp knives. Most VRBO properties seem to have a lot of dull knives in our experience..

We (three adults) came to Santa Fe to celebrate adult daughter’s birthday with a balloon trip. The house was comfortable for us and had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. The location was awesome, so close to everything wanted to do.

Delightfully refreshing even in main living areas w/o AC and even on the hottest days. 5 friends on girls' trip & all loved the house. Easy check in , great wifi, wonderfully equipped kitchen, loved the dish set.. appliances we used were all in great working condition. Front porch was a great bonus and we loved walking through the gate to our Santa Fe home. Loved the historic neighborhood too.

The house is lovely - exactly as depicted in the photos and description. The backyard is spectacular in both its looks and comfort level. It provided a quiet respite from city explorations. All the furnishings were quite attractive and comfortable.The location was great. Walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was convenient - right outside the gate.The owner/ manager was gracious and immediately attentive to requests and needs.All told I would definitely rent this house in future trips to New Mexico.

The home is quaint and easily accommodated my husband and 2 adult children. It was very easy access to all areas we visited and would consider staying again. It was clean, well equipped, parking was easy and host was quick to respond with anything since this booking.

The space was very clean, roomy, and breakfast on the front porch every morning was breathtaking. This location is very walkable.

If you want to rent a house that feels like a home, in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything in Santa Fe, this is the one. Lovely furniture and art, well stocked kitchen, multiple living spaces, including great paces outdoors. Our favorite rental in Santa Fe out of many!

This was a fun place to stay. It was obviously an older house, but was updated very nicely. It was very clean and very nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied--we had all the dishes, silverware, glasses we needed, and they even left a cupboard full of spices. It is close to the plaza and would have been walkable, but one of our party was having trouble walking, so we drove everywhere. (not the easiest thing to do in Santa Fe, so if you can walk somewhere, I would advise it. Anyway, the house had lots of character and we enjoyed staying here.

This is a lovely house in Santa Fe. Decorated beautifully, and close to the plaza. It was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend!

This big house was just the space we needed for the 5 of us who all came to town to celebrate my bday.The house was cozy. Many laughs were had in the living room, breakfast sandwiches made in the kitchen, puzzles done around the table and cups of coffee sipped in the back yard. Lilas and her husband were very helpful and responsive when we needed paper products replenished in the house and when there were some ants that needed to be managed. We’d certainly stay here again if we visit Santa Fe again in the future!

What a great place for multiple families for both overnight and for common space areas for games, eating, etc. The place is super cute, well-priced, and located in a great area. We would definitely stay here again.

We 4 ladies were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were totally enamored with this home. So cozy and it included all the comforts of home. Beds and baths were perfect. Loved all the decorative touches. All were very southwestern. We got in late the evening we checked in and there were lights on to welcome us. Overall, a wonderful home to spend our time together.

Spacious area, nicely decorated, close to downtown, great safe neighborhood, property manager enjoyable and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return.

Such a lovely home that could easily accommodate several more people. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The porch and backyard are truly inviting, the rooms inside large and well-appointed, plus the fireplace was perfect for a night in! The owner was very quick to answer any questions and had thoughtful touches throughout the home. A great, safe neighborhood for exploring Santa Fe! We loved it and enjoyed celebrating all our Big Birthdays!

Oh my gosh, this place is just adorable. It is set up so nicely on the inside with a large family room and dining room. The kitchen was well equipped. There were 4 of us and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We didn't really walk anywhere, but it was a very quick drive to the Plaza and really anywhere you wanted to go in Santa Fe. The owner was great in staying in touch with us. The instructions on how to get into home and the information about the home and area were so clear. We had no issues. If ever back in the Santa Fe area, we would definitely try to stay in the same spot. It was just so easy to get around and we loved the size of the home.

Lilas was an exceptional host. Very responsive to our needs and generally concerned about any questions we had .The Atkinson prints were an added touch.

We are thrilled to find this adorable and affordable house. The owners are so nice and communicative and responsive and they are clearly taking great care to make this house a wonderful rental. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking. The house is so roomy with lots of thoughtful details and places to hang out and visit with friends/family. The bedrooms are nicely spread out so that everyone can have their own space when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are also plenty of towels, linens and extra blankets. It is well situated for walking to the farmers market, railroad district and downtown. I would recommend this rental to anyone, friends or family. Thank you, Lilas, for such a wonderful visit. We’ll be back in the fall!!

excellent house, excellent location, would stay again

The location was perfect! A cute neighborhood and walking distance to town and restaurants. The kitchen is darling with bright dishes and plenty of space. Comfy front porch perfect for morning coffee or evening margaritas.

We had a great time in Santa Fe and were very comfortable in this lovely house. So easy to walk to the Railyard and the plaza.

Wonderful home, really spacious backyard (for stargazing and hanging out), and lovely entrance yard and porch. The house had lots of places to gather together or go rest a bit. Kitchen was well-stocked. We ordered take-out food twice from great restaurants, b/c it was so comfy to hang out at the house. Thank you.

We loved staying here. It was great for our family group. My 90 year old mom had a little problem navigating the layout. I wonder if a floorplan in the listing would have helped her. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!

The cozy home was perfect for our group and within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We had great fun.

A group of us from all over the country met up for a long weekend in Santa Fe. The house worked out perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked and it was an easy walk into downtown. Also, the front porch was perfect for gathering in the morning for coffee or the late afternoon for a glass of wine. The hosts were great!

The home is a short walk to the plaza and many restaurants. A quick drive to the opera, our main reason for the trip to Santa Fe. Supermarkets are an easy walk or close drive. The house is well equipt, the beds comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. We intend to rent this house again when returning to Santa Fe, and are letting friends know about it, too.
