Perfect Comfy Bungalow

Everything was great. No issues at all. We will stay again next time we are back in town. Highly recommended.

The house was great and clean. The bed was the best! Some kind of memory foam and I woke up for the first time in a long time without aching all over. The host was very patient and kind because I had problems with a credit card. The shower was strong, maybe the only thing needed was none slip mat for older folks like me! Over all great! I will stay again if I need a place.

5-star experience all around. The house was cute, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed-down to the little details that make a house a home. The location is perfect—very close to local stores. Most importantly, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. If I could give 6 stars for communication, I would! The hosts were so friendly and easy to reach. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience.

Cathy was a wonderful host and was very welcoming. She helped us arrange staying an additional night due to a big snow storm and made sure we had everything we needed (including some hot chocolate an marshmallows). I highly recommend her as a host and would definitely stay again.

This VRBO is well appointed, very clean, the Hosts are great, they live nearby and very responsive and respectful. Location is great. Will book again when traveling to Indy, You couldn’t ask for anything more everything you could possibly want is in the VRBO, kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and plenty of things to do or watch as you unwind

We stayed here for a week while in town for a school class. It was the perfect place to come back to relax and chill after a long day of sitting in class. There was adequate space for 3 of us to have privacy and space to relax, study, or watch TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware so we could cook meals instead of eating out. There were many small touches that made it an excellent stay: access to the grill, good toilet paper, shampoo and soap provided, plenty of linens, etc. We were pleasantly surprised that there were actually 2 twin beds, not just 1, which gave us even more space to spread out. A big bonus that the twin beds adjusted and vibrated/massaged! One thing to be aware of regarding location- I did not feel unsafe at any point, but the area also wasn't one I would have felt safe going for a walk alone as a female in. Also, if you are planning on driving in/out of the city of Indianapolis, be prepared for some rush hour traffic. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Overall stay was good, host was great, very friendly. Property was very clean, good shape. Only negative was the 2 twin beds in the one bedroom were a little small for adult use. Would be fine for kids. Also dogs next door would be barking certain times during the night. Not a major issue though. All in all it was a good stay with the accommodations we needed.

My mother and I were planning to come and visit a family member in the hospital but when things changed, I had reached out to Cathy and asked for an early check in. I don’t like doing that because I know it can cause a strain on the host but Cathy was so gracious and had the place ready for us when we were hoping to (even earlier than we asked) though it was a bit of an inconvenience due to having guests checking out that morning. She was so easy to communicate with and I just can’t say enough good things about her. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend booking here! You won’t regret it.

We stopped for one night on a road trip. The house was nice and warm. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed coffee in the morning.

My college roommate and I go on a Christmas shopping trip every year. This year we picked to go to Indy. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home that we stayed in. We actually weren’t in the house very much since we were out shopping but everything was great in the time that we were there.

We love to stay here to visit our grandchild (and her parents!) who live in the Lawrence area of Indianapolis. It’s great to be able to spread out in our own bungalow just down the street from our daughter. The property has everything we need, including a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable; the ones in the other bedroom are a bit more firm (but those are fully adjustable as far as raising the head and feet, and using the massager).

This property was great to stay at! Communication was smooth and easy from check in to check out. The owners are easy to reach and provided some great recommendations. Quick 20-25 min ride to the airport and 15 min to the downtown area. Would stay here again!

Staying at this property was super convenient, as we had family business in town and needed to travel to different areas within Indianapolis. We appreciated having a home base versus staying at a chain hotel. Made the trip more enjoyable.

The house was very clean. Cathy was very helpful upon our arrival and her and Jim went above and beyond with the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised with that! This is perfect if you are wanting or needing to be close to the city but don’t want to be right in the city. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet. We would 100% stay here again.
