The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Very polite and courteous. Always willing to assist in any way. I would definitely stay here next year!! Highly recommended!!

My family and I had such an excellent time at this property! With the community pool and fitness center less than a block away and the beach bus running all day, we combined pool fun with beach sunny days in Perdido Key! The pool at Lost key Beach club was awesome to jump into after getting off the beach and the food and drinks there we're great. This little unit like the other units on its street was adorable. My family and I had an excellent time. Plenty of room and wonderful amenities. We also enjoyed the national park down the road which was truly a treasure! Definitely would stay again!

This townhouse was very nice. We were able to locate it easily. Within the Lost Key Resort it was easy to go to the pool, beach, and tennis courts. Can not wait to go back again soon.

Property was nice. Clean and comfortable. Beds have a plastic cover on mattresses so very noisy. Seems unnecessary. Back deck was sometimes quiet but sometimes a bit noisy with people across the way. Shuttle to the beach club was very convenient. The pool on the condo side is really large and nice. Overall would recommend.

We had a great stay. It was clean, easy to check in and no problems. There was a little confusion on where to leave our gate and pool keys when checking out, but overall, I would highly recommend staying here. It felt safe for our family and we all loved it.

Perdido Key is an absolutely amazing place! We loved how quiet it was and Johnson’s beach was awesome. We will definitely be going back in the future. Our condo was okay. It’s a beautiful place but it needs to be better taken care of. There was marker on one of the bathroom doors, the master closet door was broken, almost every toilet paper holder was loose or falling of the wall, there was thick dust on blinds and light fixtures, hair all over the showers, the middle level (main floor) had an odd odor like it just had not been cleaned well, the washer and dryer smelled of mildew and the dryer lent trap was caked with lent and dog hair (even though there is a strict no pet rule). There was also several dead bugs on the floor and a piece of old cube cheese laying under one of the couches. Gross. It is extremely frustrating when you have to pay an expensive cleaning fee yet the cleaning crew never cleans properly. Also, we came back one afternoon to find the garage door open and all doors were unlocked! Anyone could have walked right in and helped themselves to our belongings. We assumed after checking the condo that it must have been maintenance but we never found out why they were there and I was highly upset that they did not lock up when they were done. Didn’t even shut the garage door. I tried to call management (several times at several different numbers) and never got ahold of anyone to get some answers and nobody returned my call. Very unprofessional.
