Stayed May 30, 2026Beach access and view were excellent along with the host. Could have been cleaner and better upkeep on little thing. Overall we had a really good vacation.

Stayed May 16, 2026The positive thing about the house was the location right on the beach. However, the house was not clean. Vents were dirty. The staircase going into the house and entry door hadn’t been cleaned in a while.A bug was in a bowl on the kitchen island. The kitchen table was constantly sticky. Kitchen supplies were limited. It had only one sauce pan and skillets had to be cleaned before use.There were no containers to store food. No hand towel in the powder room and we had to buy washcloths for the kitchen.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025If you are worried that the beach house you rented sits back to far from the water or other houses affect your view, then book this house. It is one of 3 houses that are much closer to the water than all of the surrounding houses. You have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the sunset. The house is large and well stocked. The deck is perfect. There is DirecTV but we used our Roku device for ESPN.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We have never stayed so close to the water before. No need for a beach cart. Superb view from multiple balconies for dolphin watching. Clean home, minor wear due to proximity to saltwater. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Could have used a few more pots & pans. Overall very satisfied.

Stayed May 24, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom home. We had some issues with the AC, but Tiffany had it fixed for us and she made it right for us financially. Couch needs to be replaced and the living chairs have seen better days too, but the beds were very comfortable (that’s why 4/5 for cleanliness). The decks are amazing and the swing on the beach is really something we enjoyed as well! We do plan on returning next year!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Staying at Sandy Paws was the best choice for us. The dog them was adorable. The home was clean and steps from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with numerous items to make cooking easier. We spent most our time on the beach and on the decks watching the dolphins swim by. Looking into staying again next year!

Stayed Oct 19, 2024We had a wonderful time at the Sandy Paws! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful views from almost every window. Spacious kitchen for cooking. Beach is right out the door. We would definitely stay here again!
